I have been a client for a number of years and service has been wonderful. The tinnitus I had been experiencing has reduced considerably. I lost my hearing aid once and staff were very understanding and a replacement was made available very quickly.

The friendly and caring staff of Attune Hearing are well informed with their products and gave me ample time to test hearing aids suited to my hearing loss. At the end of the trial I was happy to buy the hearing aids and there had been no money transaction carried out until this point. It was entirely my decision to choose to continue wearing the hearing aids with no push whatsoever for a sale by either staff member.

To save me travelling another two hours back on a different day the lovely ladies made sure I had an appointment when I needed it. They were so friendly and welcoming and nothing was a problem. I know they were very busy but I really appreciated them fitting me in when they could. It’s nice to know some people still go the extra mile when helping others.
