Erin is an amazing Audiologist who has the clients needs as her priority. She listens to their needs and takes the time to help achieve the goal, to the stage she will go over her time with you to make sure the client is happy. Her receptionist can be a bit abrupt and you feel she is annoyed with you, however she is efficient.

As of day 1 Erin's knowledge, professionalism, compassion & patience towards clients is unmatched. From initial consult, tests, fitting & follow-ups/adjustments, Erin goes above & beyond. Both Erin & receptionist Jenny are very welcoming. Never any pressure, just honest advice, guidance & support. Having personally seen several Audiologists/companies over the years, i will now, not go anywhere else! Thankyou 🙏😊

Got my new 'ears' today
Was thoroughly put through the initial setup to fine tune the settings, to get the 'sweet spot' where both ears balanced out.
Having a shopping centre nearby helps on doing a test run, to pick up on any fine adjustments required to be made.
The ladies at Kippa Ring made sure all was much sorted to my total satisfaction, before setting off into the wide blue yonder. Any request was not a problem. Well done team !!

Excellent as always! Caring, friendly, always makes my 91 year old mother feel valued and explains everything very carefully and respectfully to her. Always very patient and understanding. We couldn’t ask for better!!!
