They really helped with my Mum’s hearing. Excellent service and very well explained. It’s so great to be able to talk to her without shouting now lol. Would definitely recommend.

Very pleasant greeting on arrival, professional service from reception and very friendly and professional attention by the audiologist, explained the test thoroughly and explained my options in a very easy to understand way. All together a very pleasant experience.

Appointment was on time
Appointment was on time, receptionist was very pleasant, helpful, efficient. Audiologist was very nice, explained processes and results well. This was first visit to Attune, it would be much easier if New Patient paperwork was made available (maybe on line or by email) prior to the appointment time, we were early for the appointment so had time to complete it there, but I would have preferred doing it beforehand. Otherwise very happy.
