Audicus has unparalleled customer service. From the initial hearing test through selecting the right hearing aids and care plans, everything has gone smoothly and with a very personal touch. Not only have the hearing aids themselves (I have the Omni 2) been game-changers, I love the bluetooth connectivity and the way they significantly lessen my life-long tinnitus. It's so wonderful to dine out and actually hear my dining companions! This weekend I had a question about the charging on my right hearing aid, saw that their business hours were Monday-Friday, and instead of leaving a message, I decided to wait until today (Monday) to give them a call. Instead, they noticed my "missed call" and a representative (Chris) called me unprompted to give assistance. He fully addressed my issue. I can't recommend Audicus enough, from the product itself to the customer service--the whole package.
