Answered all my concerns about hearing. Very professional service from initial contact to hearing test. Liked the fact the test was done in a mutually convenient time and place.

Debbie was great. She explained all the steps clearly and was very gentle.
I still can't believe how much wax was extracted.

Called in for my annual check up and service. Always a warm and courteous welcome. Had hearing tested and discussed a possible upgrade to latest model aids. As minimal changes booked appointment for next year. Of course there is always the option of a walk in appointment to review and fix any changes. Great service as usual.

Debbie was extremely thorough in her explanations and gentle in her was removal.

Visited Hidden Hearing in Shenfield for ear wax removal and a hearing test following a medical that showed a blockage. They were very efficient and Debbie, in particular, was personable and professional. She wouldn’t go ahead with the wax removal until I had applied olive oil drops for five days. Had to go back for another visit as the blockage was stubborn and ended up having two hearing tests - all at no extra cost. Would thoroughly recommend them

Friendly people made it a happy experience. Everything was explained clearly and the utmost care was taken of me.

Appointment reminders and timely action when attending for appointment

been haveing ear wax problems for quite a long time gp gave me sprays and other stuff to stick in mi erar that realy didnt work and then i found debbie at hidden hearing and with only two sessions she managed to remove all the wax and now everything is clear ,absolutely brilliant service inc hearing test and all for £70..bargin

I was glad I chose to have my hearing test with Hidden hearing as I was also able to gain alot of information.

I visited the branch in Shenfield on the 20th January 2026 and straight away Debbie made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Debbie explained to me the exact process and that I would be having a short ear test once completed. The earwax removal was painless but of course you could hear the machine noise.
I would certainly recommend anyone who’s got a hearing problem to visit Hidden Hearing.

Amazing experience at Hidden Hearing, Shenfield. We were greeted warmly in reception, and an adjustment to our appointment was made with no issue. Could not have been nicer. Into the appointment and Debbie was just amazing. Warm & friendly, Debbie immediately put us at our ease. She explained everything in simple, easy to understand language. She was patient & kind. Our appointment could not have been better. We would definitely use Hidden Hearing again.

I had ear wax removal carried out by Debbie at Hidden Hearing in Shenfield this time last year. I arranged another appointment for the same period this year, with it being a general follow up, (free of charge), to see if everything was still o.k. To my surprise I needed wax removal again. Debbie clearly showed me exactly what the issue was, (very narrow gaps in my ear canal with the rest of both ears completely blocked. I know, ooh! not nice). I'm very particular, (my wife thinks I have OCD!), so to find such an efficient, honest, transparent service in this 'look after number one' world, is a breath of fresh air. Both Debbie & receptionist Eva are absolute professionals and lovely people. I can't recommend the service they both provide more highly. Thank you both so much. Here's to this time next year, err, 2026 (ooh!, I know)

What lovely people. Debbie came in early today in order to see me before Christmas. Friendly and professional as is her colleague Eva. They are both prepared to go above and beyond. I really appreciated that.

Debbie at Shenfield is excellent. Very professional and caring. The ear wax removal service is excellent value for money and I would recommend the team at Shenfield if you are local.
