Just had my annual hearing test done as I have hearing aids..
Sam and Anna are just lovely and friendly,always helpful and make the whole experience very relaxed.

Very easy to book appointment, I was seen on time by friendly staff. Ali is very competant and a great listner. This all helps in making my experience great in getting the correct treatment and having my questions answered.

Good and pleasant staff.
I saw and spoke to Subi Ali and Anna, who was helping at the desk.
Did not have to wait, Subi saw me and listen to what I was telling him.
He attended to my ears and gave me the initial directional advice on how to start to find out more detailed information.
Instructed me to also contact my doctor….
Which I did upon leaving their offices.
I am so pleased that I contacted them.
They also have very good by-cycle stands immediately outside their office.
I will return to Audika, Cambridge

Greeted on arrival by friendly staff with a kind offer of a refreshment.
The Audiologist (Ali) was professional and helpful when doing the hearing test and offered any guidance that I might need.
The reception area and examination room is smart and clean.

The audiologist, Sam Soar was very professional and clear in his narrative about hearing loss. His assessment of my hearing was conducted with a clear & positive approach. We discussed the improvements in hearing devices and look forward to the new Oticon Reveal when it becomes available in branch.

Full marks to audiologist Ali and to Anna at reception. Yesterday was my first follow-up session and as with our first meeting the service was top rate: patient and thorough explanations and I felt well cared for and supported throughout the process. So pleased with these hearing aids; life has improved in full measure, well done and thank you.

The Reception lady is a bit rough in her manner, commanding people to sit down rather than inviting them to sit down if they wish - some people prefer to stand. The consultant was polite, considerate, and explained everything very well, but could have given the name of the recommended treatment in writing. More important, it isn't clear why a printout of the record isn't given to the patient.

Friendly and prompt service at a new premises in the heart of Cambridge. Lovely helpful receptionist and my audiologist and I have built up a very good working relationship to address my changing hearing needs. I would usually stay with the NHS for my hearing needs, but having been an Audika customer for three or four years now, I will be staying with them.

Outstanding service, as ever.
The audiologist, Subi Ali, has been looking after me for many years now and has always been instantly responsive and helpful if prolems arose. My check-up this week was on time and the outcome well-explained - perfect service.

All the staff were very friendly and professional. The only disappointing thing was that I was expecting to be able to try the hearing aids that fit onto glasses but these are not sold by Audika, contrary to what I understood from my Google search.

Pleasant atmosphere, procedure explained clearly.

Expanded everything in detail was very thorough
