Nothing was too much trouble for the staff making sure that I was fitted with the right hearing aids. Great initial contact and follow-up.

Sally French is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of hearing loss. She is gentle, kind and will put you at ease. I would completely recommend Audika and all the staff.

I have been seeing Sally French at the Chaucer hospital in Canterbury for years, and will continue to do so. She has always been very understanding of the challenge I have as a musician.
Most recently one of my hearing was behaving strangely. She explained what it most likely was and sent the aid back for repair/replacement immediately. It came back sorted 2 weeks later under warranty as she said it would.
Sally has updated my aids as my hearing gradually got worse, always explaining what was happening with my hearing and the right aids to help.
Always helpful, always informed I recommended her to my father in law and my wife as well as some colleagues. Everyone, without exception has been impressed by her care, the knowledgeable explanations and the hearing aids recommended.

I had kind of lost faith in my hearing aids and once I saw there was a clinic at the Chaucer I thought I’d try it.

Sally was very helpful and I now have a far better understanding of my hearing loss. I have another appointment next week and I’m looking forward to it.

I saw Senior Audiologist, Fiona Idriss at Hidden Hearing (Chaucer Hospital Canterbury) a couple of times due to a perforated eardrum affecting my hearing. Fiona is one of the best "explainers" I've ever met, helping me understand the status of my ear (and "translating" information provided to me by ENT consultants!). Can't recommend her highly enough.

Sally, as always, was professional and organised. There was no waiting, open discussion throughout, and all in a pleasant environment. What's not to like?

My mother called for advice twice, she was brushed off by some lady on the phone, made an appointment which was cancelled. She tried again, a few days later, they gave her one months away. Then tried to sell her things. They did the same to our neighbour. This business is run by money hungry people with no personal touch. Don't go there. Specsavers are better and cheaper.

The audiologist was efficient, professional and reassuring; she explained the whole procedure carefully to me before starting. I cannot fault her, or the clinic, in any way at all.
