William was excellent, did a thorough check of my hearing. Explained very well my problem. I had been to hearing aid clinics before but this was THEE best.
The Audiologist was friendly and courteous. She explained the process in detail and answered any questions I had. The office space was clean, tidy and welcoming. I recommend them.

William was excellent
William was excellent, did a thorough check of my hearing. Explained very well my problem. I had been to hearing aid clinics before but this was THEE best.

My consultant was was courteous and knowledgeable. She explained everything in detail and was reassured me when she was explaining the results.
My experience was a calm and private.

1st visit

Do NOT try and go by car
I've already filled in one of those. William was unable to help me and i wasted over an hour.
Added to that it is absolutely impossible to park at your Harrow Wealdstone shop and I got a flat tyre driving around neighbouring roads desperately trying to find somewhere to leave my car.

William Yogarajah made me feel very comfortable, he answered all my questions and he also took care to wipe down the equipment and careful when placing the headphones on my head. Overall a very pleasant experience.
