Angela is an excellent audiologist and…

Angela is an excellent audiologist and very personable. She is kind and considerate and very feeling. I would highly recommend her to any of my clients and I look forward to her review next October.

Great Experience at Hidden Hearing

It has been a great pleasure to give feedback for the audiologist Angela who has been extremely professional. She has made everything clear and easy for me. I have been very grateful to be seen every time by Angela herself and am now very confident with my hearing aid. It has made my life so easy!

I dont think I can rate Hidden Hearing…

I dont think I can rate Hidden Hearing fairly
I have only visited Hatch End store twice, both times I arrived early, but had to wait for my appointment time
Once to get them to connect my hearing aids to connect to the app (that lasted less than a day)
I then received an invite for a hearing check up (that never happened)
They tried to connect to the app, they couldnt connect to the app, so it was deleted
They increase the volume on my hearing aid by two points
So I've just had two invites and the work was done on their PC
I have another invite in a years time

The audiologist, Farhit at Hatchend was very polite, sympathetic and above all very professional and knowledgeable. She was the best consultant I have met during my long relationship with Hidden Hearing.
