The Hidden Hearing officer was very supportive and professional. He gave time to go through a number of tests and to explain the outcome and what action I should take.

The test was conducted in the customary highly professional manner and constructive advice was offered following the outcome of the test.

It was a good experience . Front desk staff was friendly and one who did the test was so nice explained everything to me.

Darren was very approachable and interesting. As a retired Teacher of Deaf Children I enjoyed hearing about some new innovations since I retired. It was good that I was able to be tested in Abergavenny. I am mildly disappointed I haven't yet received a copy of the audiogram or the letter for my GP but I know the post is pretty bad around here and expect that is why.

Personal attention, clearly explaining

It was great, she was lovely making sure I was ok and talking me through what's happening. She was fabulous. Highly recommend her, wasn't nervous about it or anxious or anything. Great service, lovely, friendly very professional, perfect can't say anything bad
