Excellent, personal care and attention
I got my Amplifon (now Audika) hearing aids, nearly a year ago and today I visited for a review.
The service I have been receiving throughout this period has been consistently excellent. Always unhurried/relaxed, pleasant and personal.
I have been fortunate to have been looked after on all occasions by an exceptional professional, Mr Femi Sonuga, who, also, navigated me through the use of the aids via a phone App, something that I had never thought I would have been able to master at my age....
With great patience and good humour..!

PS : Thanks also due to the lovely lady at the reception, who seeing me fanning myself with my newspaper (hot & humid day..!), promptly offered to turn the AirCon on.

Visited Audika in Islington with my 92…
Visited Audika in Islington with my 92 year old mum for a check up, it was 1st class customer service. Mum is not only hearing impaired but also has macular degeneration - came out of the appointment really happy and hearing aids all sorted. Massive thank you to Femi our Audiologist who went above and beyond.

Very helpful got straight to the point…
Very helpful got straight to the point after the ear tests and informed me of my next move, was told exactley how much the aids would cost and how long it would take.

After 60+ years of hearing difficulty…
After 60+ years of hearing difficulty my son forced me to be seen at Audika in Islington. After 1 week my life has been transformed! A large part of this transformation has been due to the Audiologist Femi. He is very kind, patient & understanding. I felt very safe in his Clinic & was not surprised that my hearing aids were just right for me. I would recommend him to anyone.

Friendly and clear assessment
Friendly and clear assessment and advice. No pressure, it was clear that Femi had my best interests at heart and gave me a thorough examination and clear conclusions from the results. Referred me back to ent for further assessment. Did not attempt to sell me very expensive hearing aids which would have not helped.
