Professional check up by Marco explaining everything nicely and politely, plus explaining product briefly
Thanks

The clinician Marco was very professional pleasant and gentle for the 86 years old lady I am
BUT the receptionist Danielle was very rude and so unpleasant that unfortunately I will not go back.

Treated with courtesy and professional ly.

Professional and considerate service.
Everything clearly explained

Professional and friendly

My hearing was tested. It was explained to me what was happening in my ears. I tried a pair of hearing aids and discussed which were the appropriate ones to choose - all very clear and professional.

It was professional and competent. The audiologist was friendly. However, it was disappointing that waxy ears made it impossible to do the hearing test. The client always has to have wax removed - perhaps it would be better to arrange the wax removal in tandem with the test in future. We’ll probably do the wax removal at our medical centre a day or two prior to the test next time.

Yes I was help very well it helping decide if I can get private earring aid and afford them I am still thinking about what I was told about my hearing the person I saw explained every thing thank you

The staff member spent an hour with me and was well-informed and responsive. I was able to trust his objectivity and advice.

Your consultant was very thorough and helpful and was determined to ensure that I got the perfect hearing aid.

It would have been perfect but the amalgamation seems to have confused data. The audiologist was helpful and very pleasant.

I was happy she was good at her job

Khadisha at Kensington High Street is fab! Fun but professional.
