I was greeted warmly by the receptionist who, as I was early, offered a drink. An elderly man came in with a problem and she was very courteous and patient with him. The ear care practitioner, Dee Walters, whilst clearly being very good at her job, has a very engaging and positive personality - she combines professionalism with friendliness to make the visit easy, stress-free and highly enjoyable. Yet again I left smiling.

I had ear wax removed by Khadisha Walters at the Kingston branch. This was the third time she has performed this procedure for me. Each time the treatment has been excellent. She keeps informed as to what she is about to do and shows me the before and after photos. The treatment itself is painless and always totally effective. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I had the most amazing experience at my ear appointment! Khadisha was absolutely incredible—funny, helpful, and full of such bright energy. She truly shines! Not only did she make me feel comfortable, but she went above and beyond by making me a hot chocolate and giving me biscuits while explaining everything in great detail. She’s so professional and knowledgeable, and it’s clear she loves what she does. I left feeling well cared for and confident in her expertise. Highly recommend!

Despite the reception desk being unmanned I was greeted by a member of staff and asked to wait. The process was explained well, was straightforward and completed relatively quickly with results being given immediately.

Tom is always very attentive, informative, thorough,honest and a really nice chap with it.

A thorough understanding of my hearing needs and recalibrated my hearing aids to suit. It is easy to make an appointment and the phone answered promptly. The back up is excellent nothing is too much to ask.

Tom was very experienced and very clear in his explanations. The hearing test was the most comprehensive I have experienced. He really understood my hearing deficiency and the hearing aids he recommended have made a real difference.
