Just had Ear wax removal by Tracy Vaughan at Lichfield Hidden Hearing. So kind and explained everything showed me before an after pictures and had my first ever hearing test (supersonic hearing in left 😃)

Just got home from Hidden Hearing in Lichfield after having the wax removed from both ears by Tracy Vaughan. What a lovely experience - I can finally hear again after 4 weeks of being deaf in my left ear, and my right ear had more wax in it!!!

My appointment for earwax removal With Tracy Vaughan at Lichfield branch. The procedure was carried out with complete competency and courtesy. I also received valuable advice on future practice and treatment.
During my visit to the branch, i had my equipment checked and upgraded. Total Satisfaction!

Went to Lichfield branch for very hard piece of wax removal. Although it took 3 attempts, the audiologist Tracy Vaughan refused to be beaten and I now have a pain free, clean ear. Thank you Tracy.

Great experience at the Hidden Hearing Lichfield branch. I first had microsuction on both ears around 5 years ago and had recently noticed a slight loss of hearing in both ears. I enquired to have an appointment on a Friday with Hidden Hearing in Lichfield and was able to get an appointment the coming Monday - which was perfect as I was going away a few days later. The cost for both ears is £70 - absolute bargain compared to alternative companies...this also included a hearing test afterwards.

I was treated by Tracy Vaughan, an Ear Care Practitioner. Tracy was very friendly and insightful - which is rare to see these days in any walk of life. I hadn't had the opportunity to soften the wax in my ear prior to my appointment so it took a bit longer than it would have normally, however Tracy was very patient and it is clear that she loves doing what she does. I instantly noticed an improvement in hearing during the appointment and was amazed to see how much wax had been built up in my ears which was ALL removed.

I would recommend everyone gets microsuction done, it's not expensive and I can guarantee you will be shocked when you see the pictures of wax build up inside yours ears.

I would 100% recommend Tracy and the team at Hidden Hearing Lichfield to any of my friends and family.

I’ve just had my first appointment with Tracy Vaughan at Hidden Hearing. I’m 52 & had wax removed from my ears several times before in different places. Tracy by far the most professional , informative nurse that gave me an all round 100% service with videos & clear explanation of the procedure . She obversely enjoys her job which defiantly came across making me feel very comfortable. I’ll defiantly be going back when necessary . Thank you very much Tracy

Excellent service from Hidden Hearing regarding wax removal. Attended the branch in Lichfield and saw Tracy Vaughan the Ear Care Practitioner. She quickly put me at ease and explained the whole procedure. Having gone there without being able to hear properly it was great to hear correctly again when the wax was removed. A hearing test was then carried out to establish my level of hearing. Tracy with her warm character made the experience a pleasure and would recommend her to anyone.

I've just had my ear wax removed by Tracy Vaughan she made me feel comfortable and relaxed she also explained in a professional way about the ear and way you some make more wax then others.
