The staff and specially the Doctor who was testing for hearing was very polite and knowledgeable.
He listened to us very well and answered our questions to our satisfaction.

Great service
Great service. Gabriela at Allerton Road branch, Liverpool went through the procedure for wax removal, explained the equipment and how it worked. During the procedure she explained what she was doing and showed me the before and after results on the camera. I’ll be going back for follow up procedures as hearing is vital as you get older.

1st 6 month review
This was my first 6 month review. The new audiologist explained that the lady who had done my initial test and arranged my hearing aids had moved to Warrington to be nearer her home. The new audiologist who was good, just like the previous one. Very thorough and explained what he was doing, and explained the results of the tests extremely well. I am delighted with my hearing aids and have recommended Hidden Hearing to some of my friends.
