A very positive experience!
I had a very positive experience with Hidden Hearing right from my first contact with them. They were quick to respond to my enquiry and it was easy to make an appointment at a time that was convenient. The Nottingham branch was beautifully clean and tidy, and felt like a very private and peaceful space despite being right in the city centre. The testing process was clearly explained, and I felt very comfortable with the audiologist. I also learned more about how to protect my hearing while I was there. The tests were comprehensive, and I recommend this company if you have any concerns at all about your hearing. Thank you!

Excellent service
Hidden hearing Nottingham is the best ever hearing company I ever dealt with. Every time I come in the professional Faye answers all my questions and explain. I give her 10/10.

Staff condescending
I was told that the pain I was experiencing was all in my head and when I disclosed my anxiety diagnosis she told me I should not be stressed as my degree is ‘easy’.
This was very unnecessary and belittling

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. All staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Made the whole process of getting the new hearing aids easy. Strongly recommend the Nottingham branch, you will not be disappointed.

My experience with Faye at Hidden…
My experience with Faye at Hidden Hearing is amazing. Fay explains everything so well. The hearing aids I use have enables me to be more independent and have changed my life. I would highly recommend Hidden Hearing in Nottingham. They also provide great customer care and advice.

Everyone was lovely and everything was explained to me in a way I could understand. They were super helpful so would definitely recommend to people to get their hearing tested

I would give more than 5 stars if that…
I would give more than 5 stars if that was an option. Going for the higher range hearing aids is value for money and even better value for hearing health as I feel looked after by my hearing aids and the dedicated staff.
