I’m not sure that take a friend or family member or my dog to the appointment was of any great benefit to me on this occasion but can appreciate it could be sometimes beneficial .
Very disappointed that my Amplifon device is no longer supported by an app. There is no longer a find my earpiece or troubleshooting help available.

Why did I wait so long
I had my appointment in Solihull with
Ayishsa. (sorry if incorrect spelling).
Very pleasant, put me at ease immediately, very helpful, very in depth.
I didn't realise how deaf I was, its been coming on for a long time, misheard a lot of words if unable to see lips. No longer though now I have new hearing aids which are very discreet. Im very happy with the service I received and the ability to have reduced tv volume from 100 down to 22.

Lucy is delightful
Lucy is delightful; very patient and understanding with our dementia suffering friend. She didn’t hesitate to tell us to reach out if we needed additional help and was very accommodating in seeing us

Appointment with Lucy at Audika Solihull
Lucy at Audika Solihull is fantastic in every way. This was my first hearing test and I was a little apprehensive but I left feeling as if I’d been through a proper, thorough, process, all of which was explained clearly, and some clear recommendations for me to consider.
