A lost cause
No matter how hard they try something always goes wrong. I,m now without a heating aid. The one I do have, does not work. I used to have two! I've been deaf now for days and I'm. fed up to the back teeth. Surely, hidden heating can offer a better service than this?

Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service in Southampton. Made an ear wax appointment for my 95 year old Aunt and it has been arbitrarily changed three times. Avoid this company if you can.
