I was a bit nervous about the hearing test, but the receptionist (Olivia) and the practitioner (Mubashir) made the experience very relaxing, for which I was grateful. The audiologist ( Mubashir) was superb in explaining everything clearly, involving me in the test & giving us his best advice.
