Audika - Stafford Opiniões

Excellent Friendly knowledgeable staff. Couldn’t ask for more.

Been for a hearing test today - first time since I was a child. The team at hidden hearing Stafford are friendly, helpful and very reassuring. Sameer and Michelle are really helpful and efficient and take you through the process step by step. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend HH Stafford. If you are looking for a helpful team that look after you , then look no further. Always good service with a smile.

Good professional service by Georgina.

Georgina was fantastic ,from start to finish thank you .

I visited the Stafford branch this morning and a very pleasant lady (who had driven all the way to Stafford from Bolton in foul weather !), removed wax from both my ears. She was very professional. I've had wax removed a few times over the years but this was the first time with Hidden Hearing, and I have to say they are the best yet. I shall definitely use them again!

I had been suffering with blocked ears for over a week which i believed to be a build of wax. I had put ear drops into my ears but the condition got no better. I made an appointment with the Stafford branch and was seen by Georgina. Georgina was absolutely fabulous and explained the procedure i was about to undertake in great detail in a friendly but very professional manner . I was extremely satisfied with the outcome and highly recommend this company

Really treated well with professionalism.

Excellent service. Lovely people
Nothing too much trouble.
Would highly recommend.

Excellent service all round very impressive

Oh my goodness what a wonderful place. We were greeted by Michele who made us feel at home, so friendly and welcoming. We were offered a drink whilst we waited. Seen on time by Sameer who was also very friendly. My dad was so pleased with how he was treated with such professionalism. Everything was explained throughout the whole consultation clearly and precisely. Would definitely recommend Hidden Hearing.

Georgina was very professional and reassuring. Appointment ran very smoothly and earwax removed. Would definitely recommend Hidden Hearing and Georgina.

I have had a really positive experience with Hidden Hearing in Stafford. Sameer the Audiologist was incredibly helpful with a really positive and caring attitude. My comprehensive hearing assessment showed what I suspected, and Sameer was able to advise on the best hearing device for me. I decided to make my valuable hearing my priority and purchased the best device I could afford. The aftercare has been a really positive experience, and this reflects the Stafford branch commitment. Michelle was also really helpful with making appointments with lots of knowledge. Life changing.

A really pleasant experience as always, staff all friendly and welcoming. Georgina did my ear wax removal and was very reassuring and put me at my ease.

Had a free hearing test following wax removal. The test was very thorough and was conducted in a professional and friendly manner.
