I was given a thorough inspection of my ears, and a smaller size plastic bowl for my right ear, which I have really needed from the beginning. The work was very detailed, and good care was given.

Hidden Hearing York offer an excellent service. Friendly, proffesional, helpful, reassuring and kind. Chloe and Sehrish took time to explain things to me. I felt really well attended to. Best hearing service in York. And I got a free hearing test after my ear wax removal.

Hidden Hearing specialises solely in hearing products. Their approach to analysing an individual customer’s needs is thorough and fully explained in non-technical terms. I knew prior to my consultation that my hearing was poor and deteriorating but I didn’t know why. Now I do and the hearing aids that I have purchased have made a massive difference to my quality of life.

I was met by two smiling faces, receptionist and technician. I was then taken into the torture -chamber 😄 🤣 😂 where Chloe went through exactly what was going to happen
. She did this in a nice relaxed manner and throughout the treatment she was always checking that I was comfortable and OK with what was happening. This is , I think , the 3rd time I've had this done abd mot once have I felt uncomfortable or in any pain. Many thanks to Chloe

I enjoyed this experience as the gentleman who came for my annual visit was extremely thorough and informative. He went quietly about his business and never even mentioned getting new hearing aids which suited me fine.
