Attended the York branch today. Mandy was very informative and explained everything and answered any questions I had.

I had a great experience with this company! I was able to get an appointment within 2 days of my issue beginning and have my ear microsuctioned fast. I went from having very little hearing in my ear to amazing hearing. I also received a ear test to confirm everything was alright. Thank you Mandy and Chloe at the York shop for helping me out!

After nearly two weeks of not being able to hear barely anything I decided to try having my ears properly cleaned for the first time, what a great decision this was! The girl I saw was fantastic, she explained the wax removal procedure and made me feel very comfortable about the whole process which was quick, painless and most importantly super effective. I can once again hear everything clearly, can not thank you guys enough. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of wax removal and will certainly be going back in future!!

I have been going to Hidden Hearing for many years now but this was the first time I had met Chloe. She explained fully what she was going to do and all the way through the procedure. Earlier in the week I had been for a Hearing Test and the Audiologist was someone else I had not met before but on both occasions I felt relaxed with them, as if i had known them for Years. I’d had a niggling worry about my hearing for over 12 months and finally made an appointment with Hidden Hearing in York after getting a leaflet through the door offering a free consultation.
Louise Robinson gave me a comprehensive consultation and technical examination and addressed and explained everything I needed to know about my slight loss is hearing in one ear.
She suggested there was no need to have any further treatment at this time but I should consider a further check up in 12 months. The consultation was free of charge - She would not take a penny.
I thoroughly recommend Hidden Hearing in York. Amazing and very trustworthy and completely put me at ease.

Friendly and very professional staff from receptionist to the specialist who did the procedure. The ear wax removal was so carefully done with professionalism all the way through. Wonderful and superb service, I can’t recommend them enough.

I tried to clear wax with olive oil but needed to have it removed professionally. I was pleased to be able to get an appointment quickly. I’ve had micro-suction before with a private GP which was much more expensive and not as comprehensive as Hidden Hearing. Very efficient, informative, friendly service

Great service - went in for microsuction, explained to me what was going to happen and showed me images of the inside of my ears before and after treatment which was quick, painless and effective. Finished up with a hearing test and correctly identified a long term problem that I was already aware of, so full marks! Friendly and helpful throughout.

Absolutely fantastic! I had a complete occlusion in my ear and I was desperate to get them sorted but was really struggling to find someone who could provide the service now and not in 3 months time. The staff at hidden hearing were really understanding and gave me an appointment ASAP. The price was good and the service was 5 star. I already have another appointment booked for 9 months time :)

Hidden Hearing have more appointments than other ear wax removal services in York, and have modern up-to-date equipment which allows you to see images in your ear before and after treatment. They also do a quick hearing test afterwards. Everything was carefully explained. You can get free copies of your images and hearing tests via email, which other providers do not do.

Easily managed to book an appointment at a time that was convenient and with minimal hassle. Payment was over the phone and easy to do.
The premises are immaculately clean and staff friendly and professional. Excellent results too and a free follow up appointment booked for next week.
