I ordered a pair of drivers for my old Sennheiser HD600 headphones. I used their tracked special delivery option. Parcel arrived quickly in a couple of days. Drivers were nicely packaged and work perfectly. Genuine Sennheiser parts. I'd order from them again.

Excellent customer service
Back ordered some out of stock spares which were also out of stock with the manufacturer. Took a long time of the manufacturer to provide stock but audio sanctuary were really good with keeping me up-to-date with the status of the order and providing options. Order once fulfilled was as expected genuine parts. Really good customer service to take the initiative of keeping me up-to-date.

Order #106136: Thanks for a no fuss order on x2 packs of replacement padding for Sennheiser HD25 1 headphones split headband.
Responded out of business hours to a technical question, item was authentic/original & arrived super fast & all went incredibly smoothly. Packaging was perhaps better than needed for two minute foam pcs, but no complaints there.
Can't recommend highly enough!!! A+++

A quality audio retailer!
Not only did Audio Sanctuary have the Chord Mojo 2 in stock when virtually everywhere else in the UK was OOS, they managed to get it delivered to me within 12 hours!!
Their prices are competitive, with a superb range of gear and they kept me informed of the status of my order! Will defintely use them as my go-to for any future purchases. Thanks Matt!

Genuine Parts
Bought replacement earpads for my Sennheiser headphones from Audio Sanctuary. They were genuine, cheaper then Sennheiser direct and despatched the next working day. Very happy.

Excellent service
Just purchased some spare parts for some very old Sennheiser headphones. I spoke to someone called Matt who was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in giving me advice.
Ordering was easy and all the items arrived very quickly.
Matt even helped me afterwards as to how to fit them.
Would thoroughly recommend this company. Very helpful and they know their stuff. Fantastic service

Very unresponsive
Ordered some Sennheiser spare parts around mid-June. Nothing happened, I contacted them multiple times over the last two months, but they never responded to mails or contact through their own website. They did respond quite fast when I made a Paypal claim though. But going that far shouldn't be necessary to get the state of your order...

Independent retailers work harder!
A huge thank you to Jamie and the team at Audio Sanctuary. Not only did they have fantastic demonstration facilities, but they also kept stock of the Chord Electronics Hugo TT2 and M-Scaler. Everywhere I tried had a 12 week waiting list so I was happy to travel from Sussex to hear them in person. Kudos to them for committing to the brand with such a huge stock profile. Quite rare for an independent company these days. I will be back again for a set of the Meze Empyrean in due course.

Super god oplevelse
Købte reserve earbuds til mine earplugs da jeg havde mistet nogle. På Sennheisers egen skal man min. købe 5 par (for hvis man nu skulle komme til smide 8 stykker væk har man nok...?!) til overpris. Her var det billigere, og man kunne købe et par af gangen. Kom hurtigt. Anbefales.
