I am a Rockville/Audiosavings fan but in the past when I have received damaged or defective products they were quick to resolve and offer discounts. Which were very reasonable. Recently in 2026, they have been requesting additional pictures of damage. This is primarily due to the shipper and just poor packing materials used. On 2 separate purchases, one was new but damaged and I spent over a month where I agreed to keep with a discount, but it was not received and was told it was pending. On the second, it was the worst ever because items were missing, damaged before and after shipping. On this shipment, I did receive a refund and they were unwilling to negotiate keeping the item. Then they blocked me from the auction site so I can no longer purchase. Rockville/audiosavings is great for low cost DJ equipment and bags, but I am concerned about their treatment of customers in the last year.
