Super super super poor quality. Please don’t buy

AVOID!
I bought a projector from here, and as so many others, it did not stood up to what they promised. I wanted to refund it though they quickly promised me a 15 % discount. Now I am sad that I did not accepted that, and wanted to get my full refund. Now almost 4 months later and so many emails later, I still haven't seen the trace of my refund, though mailing service has noticed me that the projector has been delivered to the address in China. The emails I get from "Vivian" are often so auto generated that I am wondering if they just have an Ai as their costume service.

Stay well clear of this so called projector
The remote “control” works less than half the time
I contacted Vivian on their customer support,sent several videos of the unit malfunctioning and she said she would send it to their tech department
I’m over it
It’s now stored in land fill forever

The projector does not work, it does not do what it is advertised to do. DO NOT BUY from this company it is a complete rip off

I made an impulsive purchase as a Christmas present, after searching online for the ‘Best Projector’ reviews. Beralu came up as in the top 3, but these ‘Top 10 review lists’ are not as they seem! Lesson learned!!
Ordered from Beralu.co.uk (but there is Beralu.com Beralu.fr and others that are all the same company) actually based and operate from Guangzhou City, China.
Projector didn’t function properly, had to return, so spent £28 to get it back to China, plus £20 customs, then Beralu take a 15% restocking charge!
DO NOT BUY BERALU!
The website looks professional, but so many spelling/grammatical errors, which I stupidly hadn’t noticed, but hopefully this review will prevent others from making the same mistake!

Chinese company acting like a uk based company!

When I have tried to get a refund they have argued with me about it and then when I have finally got the return address they have said I need to pay all mad taxes to ship it back. Avoid this horrible company at all cost.

Chinese company posing as uk, projector description is not just misleading but totally inaccurate, the projector does not auto adjust the keystone and it has no means of adjusting the keystone manually, so the picture is always at an angle.

Their refund policy is such that it will cost the consumer to return to China, so you end up not bothering... A win, win for a shoddy company and a lose, lose for the consumer.

Originally, you stated that you were a French company but you are now responding in English! More evidence of lies!

As for the return address, the fact that the item is in transit does not prevent you from supplying a return address now, unless your brain is also in transit!

Refund my money now or you will pay more later in lost sales and future business.

The internet will be flooded with negative reviews.

The reviews have only just begun and you will see many more everyday until I receive a full refund.

Do not buy their projectors. Cheap product, poorly made. Awful policy of returns/refunds ( basically none , they force you to keep the product no matter what).

Horrible experience.
I had an event and ordered a beamer.
The item was not delivered on time,customer service were not able to help me, and I had to go out last minute to try and purchase an alternative.
Bealu tried to deliver 5 days later, since I was not home I couldn't receive the package and it was returned to the sender. They deducted 15% of the item value!!!! I haven't received a refund yet and the customer service is horrible, replying to all my emails with the same answer, not even explaining anything, just asking for a confirmation of the deduction. Horrible Horrible experience.
