Die Steine sind viel viel kleiner als angegeben. Ebenfalls die Metallringe. Die Gesamtlänge entspricht fast der Hälfte, der angegebenen Länge.
Als Antwort kamen nur hochnäsige Ausreden, nach unzähligen Mails und bis mit dem Konsumentenschutz gedroht wurde, gabs dann einen Teil zurück.

Fast einen Monat Versand. Das Ding is utopisch klein. Finger weg! Absolut enttäuschend!!! So sinnlos. Kommt bestimmt aus China dieser dreck!!!!
I ordered 2 of the hanging chakras on the 15th December 2025. Got a deal thought I would try and hopefully get them. I got them after Christmas as it was to take 5-10days but it took a little longer which I understood.
When I received my package it only had one hanging chakra. So I emailed and eventually about 2/3days someone got back to me. Saying they wanted a photo of the item and the packaging. So I did that then they said the appropriate people will get back to me. Im still waiting that was around new years day.
I definitely wouldn't recommend and I definitely won't use you again.

60cm und die Steine nicht mal ansatzweise 250g.
Absolute Frechheit.
Retoure geht nur auf eigene kosten in höhe von 21€ nach NY.

Bought in Uk. Item did arrive but took 31 days. The issue i mainly have that the item does not look like the pictures advertised. It is a lot smaller, different colour and the crystals are not the same. The company is being obstructive when I am trying to return. Dont think I will get a refund.... avoid!
