We are sorry to learn that our resolution did not meet your expectations.

At Aureline Paris, every piece is handcrafted, made to order, and undergoes a quality inspection before shipment. We take product quality seriously and review every reported concern in accordance with our published warranty and defect policy.

After reviewing your case, we found that the missing stone was reported outside the reporting period specified in our policy for potential manufacturing defects. This timeframe is necessary to allow us to determine whether a stone loss was the result of a manufacturing issue present at the time of delivery. Once that period has passed, it is no longer possible to reliably verify the cause of the stone loss.

We would also like to clarify that our Lifetime Stone Guarantee applies to qualifying stone damage under its published terms. However, stone loss reported outside the defect reporting period and normal wear are not covered, as outlined in our policy.

We respectfully disagree with the suggestion that our practices are misleading. Our warranty, guarantee, and return policies are clearly published on our website before purchase and are applied consistently to every order.

Every Aureline Paris piece is handcrafted and made to order after the customer selects their preferred specifications, including ring size, metal finish, stone color, and stone cut. This information is clearly provided on our product pages, along with the production timeframe, and is reviewed during checkout.

After carefully reviewing the information and evidence submitted, we were unable to identify a manufacturing defect covered under our policy. While we understand that comfort and fit are important, they can vary depending on individual preferences and do not necessarily indicate a defect in craftsmanship.

We would also like to clarify that our return and refund policy does not prevent customers from receiving support. Verified manufacturing defects are covered in accordance with our published warranty and policy. As outlined on our website, made to order pieces are created specifically for each customer and are therefore not eligible for return or refund unless a qualifying manufacturing defect is identified.

We also respectfully clarify that our jewelry is not mass produced. Every Aureline piece is handcrafted and made to order after the customer selects their preferred specifications, including options such as ring size, metal finish, stone color, and stone cut. This made to order process is clearly communicated on our product pages, along with the estimated production timeframe.

As outlined in our published policy, made to order pieces are created specifically for each customer and are therefore not eligible for return or refund unless a verified manufacturing defect is identified. These terms are presented before purchase and accepted during checkout to ensure transparency for every customer.
