I would stay clear of this business. I’m still waiting for a pair of boots ordered over 6 weeks ago. Even worse than this is, I’ve mailed them several times and had no response whatsoever.

Appalling Produce and service - and when you wish to return the product for a refund they require you to send to C H I N AAAA±!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company its a SCAM!!!

Personally I think 1 star is too high. Finally received the boots and within 2 weeks both boot soles failed. Both split in various places absolutely terrible, waste of money. Would NEVER buy again.

Don’t buy from them quality is poor, and trying to get refund have to send goods back to china against all uk law consumer contracts regulations. They will ask you to mark return at a lesser value to avoid paying tax, this business is masked as London business when actually all

These shoes are so bad it's laughable. Why do I never learn about buying "great deal" goods on impulse on Facebook. All the comments on here are spot on - the shoes are very cheap Chinese tat and never went near London en route from China, and unlikely to last a week of wear if I even bother. They are absolute rubbish. Not worth trying for refund or return. Best £40 ever spent!! Honestly I am laughing at my own stupidity.

Unfortunately I cannot give zero stars (1 star is just too generous). They advertise premium goods but send out absolute cheap Chinese tat. And nothing remotely like as advertised. And their returns policy - well that's another joke. If you value your money please avoid this company.

The products are Chinese manufactured and not high quality London made as the website would have you believe. You have to return to their Chinese distributor so cost is silly. I contacted them as soon as I had a feeling it wasnt right, but the dont offer any way to cancel at that point until it is too late. I will be trying to report this once I work out best way to do so.

Another scam FB company that looks the part with clever advertising and apparently great reviews .. could not be further from the truth .. cheap Chinese poorly made plastic boots that were uncomfortable for the whole 2 weeks I had them until the sole split. Absolutely no chance of customer service.. should have spent the extra £50 on Timberlands...

I’d give zero stars if I could. Total scam. Ordered off tik tok. Haven’t received the item. Do not reply to any emails and just keep getting a generic email from customer service. Have lost £40 (which isn’t a lot) but they shouldn’t be allowed to trade and advertise on social media and need to be shut down immediately

Scam website!!! Bought an item, had a confirmation email and payment taken and then absolutely nothing. Contact email address doesnt work. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

So I wanted to update my review. So from the confirmation email it took around two days for a order shipped email to come through. The company is based in London, UK but my item was being shipped from China! I have received my item from this company but its nothing like what was pictured or described on the website. No returns address to send back to and no emails work. Again I would highly recommend to avoid this site. My order was less than £50 so I've not lost out on a massive amount but for people who are looking to buy, just dont bother!!!

One Star is one too many. This company is to be avoided at all costs. I placed an order for Iver two shirts and a charge was made to my credit card the same day. They did not confirm the order and when contacted said that had no record of my purchase. After two weeks of daily emails they found the order and promptly shipped it. The two Iver shirts arrived and were the worst quality shirts I have ever purchased. Cheap nylon fabric and poorly made. Now they will only give me a 25% refund provided I spend £20 shipping back the goods to their address in China. There is no UK Customer support and all goods are shipped from China. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered 2 shirts from them. Took well over a month to arrive. When received were way too small, completely different to sizes given in advert.
Finish is really cheap and not at all like the advert.

Don’t be fooled into thinking this is a quality British shoe brand. This is a cheap Chinese company masking as a London based company. Placed an order over 5 weeks ago and after chasing up my order I realised I had been duped into thinking I was dealing with a UK company. I keep getting emails saying my order has been delayed and get no response to any emails asking for an update or a refund.

Order was never received. After over 5 weeks of me contacting them I've still no reply. Avoid!!!

Just received shoes today and they are the wrong size and so cheaply made they came in bubble wrap in a parcel bag , there's no returns slip and if you go online they say the customer is responsible for shipping back to Asia which may cost £35 it's an absolute SCAM !!! STAY AWAY NO MATTER HOW GOOD IT LOOKS

Very misleading company advertising clothes on facebook you think your buying from London uk only to find out it comes from china. When trying to return for a refund forget it unless you post back to china yourself possibly incurring customs charges. Best not to buy from them in the first place.
