received my items today a suede jacket and a suede look dress, what a load of low quality shite, done bother , took absolutely ages to come, it says on the writeup that they are hand made in London

Christmas jumper has just arrived. Terrible material, nothing like the picture, much too big & took ages to arrive. Won’t be able to return as too expensive & not spending any more money on it. The worst £30 I’ve spent. Their marketing is very good with the picture of the two lovely ladies in the ‘boutique’ in London. Very clever. I’m very disappointed.

Finally received Christmas top today. Already braced for it being rubbish when saw customs clearance in delivery update. Should have read reviews first. Nothing like picture. Poor quality polyester, terrible sizing. For price expected t-shirt type or fine knit. This is not a family run boutique. Will be seeking refund via credit card company and contacting Trading Standards

Disgusting service from company. Sent me dirty dresses. They make it impossible to return. I shipped dresses back, cost £20 and they were just returned to me.

Not a lovely family based London company as advertised. The clothing quality is awful, nothing at all like the lovely website pictures. I had 4 dressed delivered and thats when I realised I had made an expensive mistake. They came from China and were dreadful. I contacted the company and they offered me discounts to keep them. Why would I?? I sent them back at a cost of over £30 to china and they have sat in China customs since!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS.

Ordered a pair of pyjamas from Mae London. They are made from an awful cheap polyester but feel.more like nylon. Vey cheap feeling and not at all what you expect winter pyjamas to feel like. Took longer to come than would be expected

Total scam - do not use this company. When I tried to return to the dresses I bought I was told that I had to pay charges and when I sent it it was returned to me saying it was the wrong address- AWFUL do not order from here

This is a SCAM from China. Shoes stink (I mean smell awful) and are deformed, unwearable.

SCAM! Horrible quality from China, nothing what they promised. Cheaper than cheap. And now, website is redirected to a Romanian Website in the same look and feel even the pictures are the same. AVOID!

Don’t buy from them. The clothing is awful and when you try to return anything It costs more than the item cost. I am fuming at the awfulness of it all.

Mae London refused to honour their returns policy, initially offering me only a 20% refund, which after many emails I managed to increase to 50%.

Scammer..!! Poor quality, nothing like the picture. Mae London is false advertising. Total rip off. Avoid at all costs..

whilst the order process was fine, the goods I received did not fit well and were not the quality in terms of fabric that I would have expected for the price point. I wanted to return the items - the process is very very convoluted and they said they would prefer me not to send them back and offered me a 30% refund instead. I insisted on sending them back but the returns need to go to China so it's costly and takes months. I tracked the package to the address provided but a few months later, it was returned to me. since then I have been emailing the customer service who want me to RESEND back to China at my cost. Terrible process, poor quality good - they really dont have any idea of what customer service actually is. I am actively warning all my friends away from this brand.

Mae London ABSOLUTELY NO STARS! doesn’t deserve any stars! I cannot express how utterly disappointed and annoyed at this ‘company’. Absolutely awful, badly made, cheap, terrible materials used in this ‘scam’ company! What I ordered is definitely nothing like what I received, a cheap piece of printed material made to look like a knitted cardigan. I was horrified and naturally wanted to send them both back. I contacted them and I did receive an email back offering 10% discounted refund and they said I could keep the ‘cardigans’! What! I did NOT want them nor would anybody I know wear them. The company said the shipping costs to return the items would outweigh my purchase.. I spent £60.. they wanted to give me £6 back and keep their rubbish! After another email they then offered 20% but I just wanted to send the items back at a reasonable postage cost.. they were just making excuses and I wasn’t getting anywhere excuse after excuse for refunding me .. frustrated at this point I eventually said I would accept a 50% refund and I would donate the items to the charity shop! So they said we would not normally offer 50% but as I had been so polite about the whole saga they would accept! What! I must have been mad! I should have fought it further! Dissatisfied disappointed is an understatement! Big lesson learned! Do not waste your money on anything they have to offer! Garbage!

Fake counterfeit cheap clothes nothing like pictures and terrible quality. Couldn’t cancel order.
Costs a fortune to return and they try to convince you to have a discount instead, I insisted on a return. Returns cost about £30 plus they want you to pay the customs charge which they won’t prove the amount and just want to deduct off the refund. Avoid this company at all costs- massive scam and I’m taking it up with fraud department with my bank.
