There was a mix up in shipping to the wrong address on my end and my projector was shipped back, as soon as it was tagged as returning to sender they reached out to me and sent another right away and I received it in two days. Customer service is on point and I absolutely love my aurora projector, purchasing another as a gift.

Was a bit long waiting for it to arrive but well worth it when it did.

It's really beautiful and well made. I use it every night and my husband and me love watching the aurora borealis til we both fall asleep. It6so relaxing and the ocean waves sound does a great job, too.

Such a wonderful experience to go to sleep every nite under the stars. Great product !
Hoping they can provide a way to get more items but, honestly, put on the repeat and auto turn off (1hr,) and watch our favorites over and over. Recommend to all especially old trekers😎

Wonderful item !! I bought 3 and gave them to one friend for her young children THEY LOVE IT !! Plus I gave the other 2 to my daughter and son !! The cats and my daughter love staring at the lights and my son took it to Encore casino used it in their room overnight They loved it also !! While getting ready for bed I turn on our projector. I have noticed what used to be phone time after getting under the covers has turned into watching the stars and Northern Lights instead. We sleep much more sound now. Ordering was very easy and customer service checked in along the way to keep me posted on my order. Even after my projector arrived, they made sure all was well and that I was satisfied. I was, I still am, and I plan on being a long time customer!

Mesmerizing!
The Aurora projector is absolutely mesmerizing. The colors are rich and deep. It is easy to learn and use. Completely transforms a room. Provides a deep sense of calm. I often fall asleep to it. I bought a single unit. I couldn't see why anyone would want or need two. Now I know why they sell a twp-pack. I am going to have to get another. Worth every penny. Highly recommend!

The Aurora projector is a delight to use and enjoy . I had trouble with the first one that was sent to me since some of the features didn’t work. The replacement came quickly and is working as advertised. Is a calming beautiful scenery of northern lights and stars that make it mood change immediately. I love ❤️ it

The projector and case (quality products) with remote worked as expected. Relaxing and beautiful. The device needs an adaptor before it can be used, and I haven’t found a way to make the stars white and not green. I gifted one and it was also loved.

Within a couple of days of receiving the projector, it would turn on and shut off randomly. One day I was gone for four hours, and when I came back, the projector was on for how long I don’t know. I immediately reached out to customer service who assured me I would hear from someone. after several days not having heard from anyone. I reached out again this time I was told it would be escalated. Mind you there is no phone number.! I heard from William who informed me I needed to send a video three different emails exchange where I kept pointing out. There’s no way to send a video of something that turns on and off randomly. Apologizing for the inconvenience they told me to return the device I would have to pay for the shipping, which if you read other reviews goes to the United Kingdom.! when I asked if they would send a replacement and refund me the shipping cost they said no. I kept every email and told them I would be reporting them to the BBB and any consumer protection agency of importance. What a horrible company, especially because it cost three times what you can get on Amazon !!
