I ordered two units - one came without the charging cable. I contacted the company right away, but in the meantime I discovered that both units are malfunctioning - there’s no way to control the volume (remote control or the device it is connected to). I contacted the customer service and although it took quite a few emails and a video I had to record, they shipped two new units. So far they are working correctly.
I wish they had better quality control, but the unit when it works is great. Overall good service recovery.

Arrived in a timely manner & I have been sleeping like a rock to the sound of crickets looking up at the "night sky"

The product came without fuss. It's great and my wife loves it. As an aside, the company did ask me for a rating, which I happily give.

Bought the Auroa for my wife and she is obsessed with it. Easy transaction, swift delivery and communication was excellent. The unit itself is compact and has so many features, 10/10 all round

We love this device. Our atrium great room is 2 stories of windows overlooking the ocean. Now we can bring the stars inside too. Our only criticism is the green stars. Oh well, Saint Patty's Day every day!

Don't order this product if there's a chance of returning it. It will cost approximately $300 to return. What a joke.

Ordered two units...one was faulty...no stars display...contacted aurora...they asked for video displaying fault...which i provided...they finally escalated my issue and I have heard nothing regarding return...refund or replacement...it has now been over two months...trying to run the refund clock down???

Biggest piece of shit I ever bought. Too bad you can’t give zero stars. What’s even worse is I’m stuck with the piece of shit because to return it would cost me over $200 since the item has to be sent back to the UK even though it was shipped from the United States.

Great product, I was blown away by how impressive the projector turned out to be. Well-made and lit up our bedroom for a relaxing way to fall asleep. You wont be disappointed.

I love my Aurora projector with the remote so much that I ordered a second one I can use with my phone. I have a sunroom where I use my Aurora at night, and it’s so relaxing watching the colors slowly move across the ceiling. I have bought 3 other similar projectors from other companies in the past,but I much prefer my Aurora projector. Shipping took a few days but definitely worth the wait! My second one should arrive in a couple of days.The company has been very responsive to any questions I had.

Makes bedtime a much more relaxing environment. Beautiful and mesmerising.

Was not sure what to expect after ordering. Had that feeling that I should not have ordered it. After it arrived I set it up in our bedroom and turned it on when going to bed. The colors are soothing and relaxing. The Moon is really cool. Helps my brain detach from the world and allow me to calm down and go to sleep.

Beware: I placed my order on 19 May and my experience with Aurora was extremely disappointing.

The projector was supplied with a US power adapter instead of an Australian one, meaning it could not be used as supplied. After repeated emails and follow-up, a replacement adapter was eventually sent. However, at the time of writing, I have still not received the replacement adapter.

I also raised concerns that the carry case did not fit the projector. After weeks of correspondence and providing photos and video evidence, Aurora finally advised that the carry case was designed for a different projector model than the one I own. Despite acknowledging this, no refund was offered for the unsuitable case.

What makes this especially disappointing is that I was evaluating the product for potential use within residential aged care homes where I work. Unfortunately, the product issues and the way they were handled have left me with little confidence in recommending Aurora for a larger purchase.

The entire process took far longer than it should have and required significant effort on my part to resolve issues that should never have occurred in the first place. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again.

I love this product. It really does help calm my mind so that I can drift off to sleep! Can't say enough good things about it!

I missed the northern lights when I left Alaska. Now, I have a very satisfying version of them in my bedroom. Aurora projection was a great purchase

We absolutely love our projector! We use it all the time. My son also has the levitating moon light and we all enjoy that as well! Highly recommend these products. These are purchases you won't regret!
