I’d a very touching and wonderful experience dealing with Mariia and Sam over the course of about five weeks from Grandado.

I live in New South Wales Australia. I was in the process of renovating my bathrooms and toilets and I had bought all related items for the renovation except for some switches and power point sockets.

I searched high and low for many weeks looking for some black tempered glass switches and sockets to match my new 1200mmx1200mm Sensi Signoria Port Gold Luxury handcrafted Italian tiles.

Finally the sleek and elegant designs of the black tempered glass switches and power point sockets from Grandado caught my eyes. I bought four switches and two power point sockets after much enquiries about the dimensions and the compliant with Australia standards with Sam on live chat. He was so patient, responsive and helpful in answering so many of my questions and I was very impressed with his professionalism.

However, when I showed my electrician what I bought on Grandado website, he refused to install them for me solely because he was not confident that the switches and power point sockets would meet Australia standards as they were not sold in Australia.

My electrician asked me to return the items to Grandado and only buy switches and power point sockets that were sold in Australia because they would definitely comply with Australia standards.

I emailed Sam about the sad news. He told me to wait until all the items were delivered and he would then guide me through the return and refund processes.

When all the six items were delivered, I contacted Sam but Mariia returned my email by offering me a 50% refund and I get to keep all the six items for my own use or gift them to my friends.

However, after talking to some other electricians in town, they all shared my electrician’s concern and wouldn’t install them. So I decided to return them and request for a full refund from Grandado.

This afternoon, I received an email from Mariia and she generously refunded all my money and told me to keep the items to save me the hassle of returning them.

I couldn’t believe this was happening and I told my husband about it. We were both very touched by the support and understanding of the staff that they went out of their way to help us. This is unheard of!

So I told Mariia that when Grandado eventually sets up a store in Australia, please let me know as I’ll highly recommend Grandado to all my friends, colleagues and families based on my wonderful experience dealing with them.

I’m forever grateful!

Delivery faster than expected. The power chain is similar with what I have from my ortho. I change it between my appointment as clear rubber easily stained.

Ordered a 300watt transformer for my small overseas electrical goods. Ordering was easy, product received in reasonable time and transformer works well.
Only negative issue was the cost..almost twice as much as the 2000watt transformers we bought.
