$170 gasket kit arrived a month late, unusable.
$170 gasket and engine overhaul kit took 21 days or so later than adervtised and the multi layer steel head gaskets were not at all supported, had been thrown into a box from what looks like a 4th story window and were completely unsusable sporting a nice 45 degree bend right at the end of cylinder 5 and 6.
Grandado’s customer service was prompt and sufficient when providing support to refund my purchase and attempt to offer solutions to rectify this situation after the fact

The linen counter I bought
The linen counter I bought, while being sturdily built, and having a good quality lens, has one major design flaw... it's out of focus! Linen counters work when placed flat on the surface being inspected (in my case, photographic negatives). This item needs to be elevated by about five millimetres before a clear image can be seen. This renders it a total nuisance to use. I do hope they will send me one which actually works! I will cheerfully return the one I have.

My order was exactly as advertised
My order was exactly as advertised. I paid for express with tracking which was less than $2 and even though I was told it could take 3-4 weeks for delivery it arrived in less than 2 weeks.
In all it was a good experience and I will be buying from them again.

Well the fuel shark plug in it kind of…
Well the fuel shark plug in it kind of works for about 3 days then the fuse blows then it will not work now I have blown 4 fuses in the last 2 weeks so in fact it is costing me money not saving money so this plug in is no good for a Mitsubishi triton 2024 model

I had ordered a pair of guitar machine heads, but received only one after a long long waiting. Now I cannot use it, have to go locally and buy a new set here in Australia.
Be careful of this Company, they mislead you to buy products by tricking you.

Totally poor service and customer relations!!!!
I received the wrong product. I notified Granado and followed the returns and refund guidelines. I was contacted and received an apology and acknowledgement that it was incorrect. I was then offered a 125% voucher which I declined and requested a full refund as per returns and refunds policy. I was then given a final solution of 150% voucher. This is totally unacceptable and corrupt and not in line with policy. Totally poor service and customer relations!!!! Yet to hear back after once again requesting a refund.
