Replacement Part
I had an unfortunate mishap with my DT2 Pro. Ausom reps were quick to know what part I needed and were very helpful providing me a link to acquire it. I also requested late an additional item not mentioned initially and they fulfilled that request too. Hats off to their commitment to Customer Service!

I’ve been using the Ausom F1 Max for…
I’ve been using the Ausom F1 Max for about 3 months and honestly, it’s been a bad experience from day one.
The biggest joke is the range. It’s advertised as 100 km, but in reality I barely get 29 km — and that’s not even pushing it hard. That’s not a small difference, that’s completely misleading.
On top of that, I’ve had problems with the scooter since the beginning. It just doesn’t feel reliable, and for something in this price range, that’s unacceptable.
Customer service is just as bad. They don’t care, they don’t help, and it feels like once you’ve bought it, you’re on your own.
Overall, this scooter is overhyped and not worth the money. I regret buying it and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The name of the company says it all.
First, the products are absolutely incredible. The scooters are designed and built with attention to detail and high quality...and all at a great value. The one thought I always have when riding my DT2 Pro, besides how much fun I'm having, is what a good deal it is for the build quality and great customer service. The Ausom web site is as good as the scooters with a full line of replacement parts available and a customer service team to help as needed. The team at Ausom are extremely responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this company and their line of scooters to anyone. Youtube is full of reviews that all say the same thing. The fun factor, design and build quality, and great customer service make this an easy choice over the competition. Five stars for sure.

Charging questions
I had charging questions about my new DT2 Pro so I emailed Ausom and the Team responded within 24hrs. Their explanation was clear, concise and right on the money. I cannot emphasize enough the quality Customer Service of this Company.
This DT2 Pro is a remarkable machine. Yes it’s heavy at 73lbs but that belies the power and torque this Scooter has within. Hills that were a challenge before are now no match as I’m accelerating up them with ease. Stable, capable, powerful, comfortable and fast are five adjectives I would use to describe this DT2. I’m thrilled with this purchase and the enjoyment I get from riding this amazing Scooter is fantastic.

DT2 Pro faulty charger
My new DT2 Pro was delivered with a faulty charger. Not only did customer service replace it within 2 weeks, but then added an additional charger for my inconvenience. Now that's customer satisfaction, something that is harder to come by these days.
