I love the store!

I love the store!
They got good escooters, and high quality with good prices.

I have bought a dt2pro and l1.
They are fantastic!

Delevery took under 7 days.
The the parcel was at my door.
Qucik and nice.
Tracking was perfect too!

I reccomend!

Terrible customer service from the EU…

SINCE RESOLVED HOWEVER TOOK TOO LONG!

Terrible customer service from the EU store. I am sure the scooters are fabulous but, without the right paperwork in Germany, a scooter is not allowed on the road. Despite multiple emails and messages on their facebook site, I have had no replies.

Ausom L2 Max inutilisable

Très mauvaise expérience avec ma Ausom L2 Max , complétement non fonctionnelle avec des mauvais cablage, une trottinette qui n'avance pas et des fixations, matériaux de très mauvaise qualités. Je me demande même si l'on ne m'aurait pas envoyé un model d'expédition!! J'espère avoir un retour et peut être le renvoie d'une trottinette qui fonctionne !!

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service, I had an issue with the throttle and error code, they quickly helped to resolve the issue, very responsive and helpful.
The scooter itself is great, I have the DT2 Pro, excellent build quality, long battery life and range, excellent speed and power. Looks great too.

I recently purchased the Ausom DT2 Pro…

I recently purchased the Ausom DT2 Pro and unfortunately, it arrived with some minor shipping damage to the chassis. I was initially worried about how the situation would be handled, but I am very impressed with the support team.
I worked with Louis, who was professional, responsive, and genuinely interested in finding a fair solution. While we initially had different ideas on the resolution, the team listened to my concerns regarding repair complexity and reached a very fair middle-ground settlement that I am happy with.
The scooter itself is a powerhouse. It’s built like a tank, and after a test ride, the performance is exactly what I was hoping for. It’s rare to find a company that stands by its customers like this. Highly recommended for both the quality of the ride and the top-tier support!

I bought a Ausom L1
Quality is bad

When i recived the e scooter i was happy to get my first ride, The scooter stered automaticly to the right after 1 day handlebar is lose, battery doesnt last 20 km, it starts driving itself when its still and im not touching the throttle,
When im pressing the throttle sometimes it doesnt give any speed and when im releasing it it gives speed

The scooter only has about 50 km in total its not safe riding i already fell 2 times and broke my hand because it stered to the right, Untill i get answer from support its one star

Above & Beyond Customer Service

I had an amazing experience with Ausom’s customer service! I accidentally broke the display on my Ausom DT2 scooter when my bike lock swung into it while I was riding (totally my fault). I had already paid for a new throttle beforehand so I did not want to waste more money, and when I reached out about the display, they went above and beyond to help me out.

Even though the damage wasn’t covered under warranty since I caused it(if I am correct), they were kind enough to cover a brand new display for me. That level of support and understanding really impressed me. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind their customers like this.

minor accident on my SR1…

On 02/03/2026, I was involved in a minor accident that damaged my screen and folding latch on my Ausom SR1 scooter. I contacted the Ausom support team via email, and within 5–6 hours, I received a response. That level of responsiveness immediately gave me confidence.

They asked me to explain what happened and provide photos of the damage. After reviewing everything, they quickly processed the replacement parts, and what truly impressed me is that I did not have to pay anything for the replacements. No hidden fees, no back-and-forth, no hassle.

The parts were shipped out almost immediately and arrived on 02/11/2026, which was a very fast turnaround.

Another major plus is that the repairs are completely do-it-yourself. The parts were designed in a way that allowed me to install everything on my own without difficulty. I didn’t have to send the entire scooter back or deal with being without it for weeks. That kind of thoughtful product design makes a huge difference for customers.

I’m now back riding my Ausom SR1, and I couldn’t be happier. Fast response, free replacement parts, quick shipping, and a smooth DIY repair process, that’s what excellent customer service looks like.

Highly recommend.

Quality product professional service

My overall interaction with Ausom has been excellent from start to finish. Its not very often you can refer to a problem as a satisfying and professionally handled experience. I really can't fault the whole process and product. I'm obsessed with my scooter, I make excuses to go out on it then I find myself taking the long route home to enjoy the scooter a bit longer.
I must offer praise to the after sales team they've been absolutely brilliant and the way they handled my slight problem just finished the whole process off for me. Top draw professional service and unreal product too. Many thanks Craig wood

Truly outstanding service

I have honestly never experienced such friendly and helpful customer service. The responses were extremely fast, always kind and patient, and they guided us step by step through the process.

Together with their technical team, they carefully try to asses the issue and quickly provided the necessary replacement parts. It made a stressful situation so much easier for us. And thanks to their support, my son can soon enjoy using his electric scooter again.

Super Kundenservice, top Qualität! Wenn man ein Anliegen hat, wird man sofort informiert und behandelt. Der F1 Max ist technisch sehr schnell, und bei hohen Geschwindigkeiten auch sehr stabil.

DT2 Pro is THE best Scooter out there!

Since I have purchased my DT2 Pro with my girlfriend's L2 Max Dual Motor, the experience with customer service and the quality of the two scooters have been exceeding all of our expectations.
I have reached out to customer service with technical specs, parts questions, and general inquiries. They respond within 48 hours with all the substantial information to keep my scooter running smoothly and properly maintained. After the multiple email chains with them, I can say that they are one of the best customer support I have ever dealt with!
Now the scooter is absolutely phenomenal. In comparison with the highest model and the lower ones the DT2 Pro is brings the best combination of battery endurance and exilirating speed while offering exceptional stability. Truly a remarkle piece of machinery!
