I have bought many pairs of blundstones from them over the years. They have a great choice and when I mixed up an order, it got sorted without fuss and a smile (over the telephone). They even put little sweet packets for children's deliveries. Its a pleasure buying online from them.

After completely wearing out my Blundstone 550's, I started looking on-line for a new pair, and found what i wanted on shoeland.co.uk.
The Pair i wanted, were out of stock, so I sent a message over to Pete, who got back to me quickly, and confirmed that he had ordered them for me.
Once they arrived, I got call from Pete, who took payment and my details and they arrived 2 days later.

Having had a couple of really disappointing online experiences trying to buy a pair of Blundstones from sellers on a well-known internet shopping destination my expectations were somewhat deflated by the time I found Shoeland. But thank goodness I found them, because this is the sort of service everyone dreams of: swift responses by telephone and email to enquiries; polite and friendly people keen to help; swift and safe dispatch of boots plus a packet of chocolate and sachet of wax protector added to boot! Can't praise the team at Shoeland highly enough! Good old fashioned service that makes buying on the internet (or by telephone) a joy. Loving my Blunnies and I know where I'll be heading for my next or second pair - Shoeland.

Well, it's alive and kicking at Shoeland. You know when you really want something, when you rush on-line and then right at the end of the purchase, you fluff the nth security code/PIN! That was me...but Shoeland very politely offered to help by taking the order by phone. Good old fashioned GREAT service. AND...boots arrived before my holiday!

I ordered some boots and the delivery was extremely quick. Unfortunately they didnt fit but the returns service was amazing and the emails I got along the way, informing me of everything that was happening, were very personal and friendly....not to mention the surprise sweets! :-)

They arrived the next day with extra goodies in the box...sweeties for the children(v happy!) and complimentary shoe polish.

Good old fashioned service .I placed the order , they told when they would arrive.They arrived when they said the would and they even put a packet of fruit pastilles in the box for me to chew on whilst i mooched about inside the house in my jazzy new boots - 10 out of 10 - if you want Blundstone Boots buy them from here.

I have used Shoeland three times over about 8yrs for my Blundstone purchases. Pete gave offline advice on the best polish for my boots. Having now used that polish I can see Shoeland stock quality. You can cut corners on price elsewhere but if you want good service, good quality goods and good advice then go to Shoeland. Martyn from Gloucester

Excellent company. Sent order in 3-5 days, exactly what I ordered plus some extra, free, boot care products.
Updates all the way through and email correspondence from a real person when I emailed them.

unlike certain other companies who also advertise Blundstone boots (see my other review!) these guys sent them quickly and without any hassle. Highly recommended and i wish i'd used them first. Really pleased with the boots, of course.
