Wardrobe at thé cross is a fabulous little clothes shop for women. I have been looking for jeans and tried every style and fit in a well known big store to no avail. Came to Wardrobe and came away with two very nice pairs of jeans. I must have been there an hour, but as always, Sue was there to guide in fit and size and to make sure I was happy with my purchase. It is the type of shop you pop in to say hi and come away with something you didn’t know you needed. Gorgeous clothes. And they cater for everyone, no matter what your shape, size and fashion choice or age happens to be. À lovely, lovely boutique ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This is a wonderful little boutique full of gorgeous things. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend a visit.

I love visiting wardrobe at the cross - their collection of beautiful, considered and ethical clothes and accessories always has something to suit, for both special occasions and comfortable days ! Hil and Sue are so knowledgeable when it comes to style and colours and they will never allow you to buy something that doesn’t suit you .. but they do this in a very gentle way, suggesting an alternative shape or shade - there is never any pressure and they have encouraged me to try things that I never would’ve thought suited me and I’ve had so many compliments when wearing their clothes !

I ordered a pair of reading glasses. They arrived beautifully packed in tissue paper. Regretfully, they did not suit me, so I had to return them. Returns process was exemplary and the personal not received from the shop was most unexpected but welcome. They fully sympathised with my reasons for the return, refunded without any fuss. They also suggested I consider an alternative style based on my reason for return. CARING, PERSONAL and ATTENTIVE SERVICE a rarity to find these days especially on-line. Thank You!

Hil and Sue are not only great women, they are also honest, so you never leave having bought something you’re not completely happy with. I think that’s the special thing about buying from an independent business, you’re given the time to try on, chat to Hil & Sue, given an honest opinion from people who know your style, know what you like, how you like it to fit, you’re not pushed into buying something you’re not sure about, and you leave feeling pleased, not only with your purchases, but the experience that you had in the shop.

I had come across Wardrobe at the Cross on Instagram and had seen a lovely bag shown on their live. I ordered it online easily. Communication was excellent. The bag was delivered quickly and was really well packaged. It exceeded my expectations and is fantastic quality with the most beautiful lining. I even received a little free gift which was very much appreciated. I will definitely shop there again and would recommend them.

So came across Wardrobe at the Cross online when looking for a particular brand of jeans...what was wonderful is the two owners show how the clothes look on themselves so that the customer is not just looking at models...although they look fab too!!!After purchasing I got a surprise phone call from Hil to discuss sizing so that I didnt slip up. I HAVE NEVER experienced this before! It felt such a personal service and was told to always ask for advice. I look forward to continued shopping with such a fabulous shop and team!

Fantastic online shop with a wonderful variety of different brands. I really cannot praise the service from Hil and Sue enough. They are always so friendly and more than happy to help with sizing, fit and styling advice.

I only wish I lived closer so that I could visit the boutique in Neston, on the Cheshire/Wirral border. I’m actually around 150 miles away, but shopping with them genuinely feels like having your own personal shopper experience!

Ordered a top which unfortunately had to return because too big. Spoke to the owner and she was lovely. Offered to send out a smaller size but unfortunately not done in smaller size. Anyway, had a lovely conversation and would not hesitate to order again. Thank you
