What a moron I am. Now opened a case with Paypal - lets see how this goes? I got battery operated cats, not the ones advertised with usb and no batteries included. The delivery driver just covertly dropped the bag behind a garden pot. Bloody scammers!

Scam, don't waste your money. I also wished I read the reviews before buying. I saw a puppy and kitten toy advertised on Instagram for AUD$ 80, they charged me over $ 115 for toys that looked nothing like the website. It is also NOT an Australian company, and I was charged international fees.
An ongoing dispute to retrieve funds, and no one from Aussie Haven responds - despite me wanting to return the goods!

What a scam ordered full denture set and got what looks like a costume prop

I ordered a puppy. OMG what a rip off. This is NOT an Australian company. The toys are made in China and are certainly NOT worth the $74AUS that it cost me. I could have bought one in the local $2 shop for next to nothing. All it does is make a funny noise that’s supposed to be a bark and takes a few steps forwards them backwards. The battery compartment isn’t even covered with anything. It’s about 5 inches long and and about 7 inches tall - it’s tiny. CHEAP AND NASTY.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

I wish I would have read the reviews 1st. I saw the kitten and puppy advertised on FB so I ordered on the 11 March and still haven't received them. By the looks of things I'm not going to get what I paid for. They showed a picture of people hand making these animals as being made in Australia but mine is coming from China.

I finally got all my money back from PayPal after explaining what a scam this site is took awhile to let them know what this site really is

This is a scam I ordered a robotic cat & it end up as a battery cat that only walks & meows & it didn’t come in a box & it came from China not from Australia as advertised.

Ordered a cat and dog ..
Pfff not what was in the description..
Supposed to be Aussie made lol.
China .. and $ amount well ha ..
Came in plastic bags .. not boxed .

I should have read the reviews, same thing as everyone else. I purchased 2 x lifelike dog and cat, which is meant to be usb charged but I received what can only be described as $2 shop toys which ae battery operated. I have emailed twice and no response. Total scam and do not buy from them.

The kitten is ordered was not the one I ordered it was battery charged NOT usb it was a discusting cheep product I was disgusted is advertised as Australian made 3 to 6 days delivery it ordered it 4 March turned up 23 March front China discusting that they can get away with this

Do not buy from them its not a product they advertised it's like a $2.00 toy Luna and Toby mechanical toy no use just 2 batteries. Total false advertising items.

Dont buy from this site. I ordered 2 x Bikenda™ Next-Generation Intelligent Multifunctional Non-Invasive Laser Blood Glucose Meters [99.9% Accuracy] off this crowd. They stated these items were Australian-made and showed TGA, Diabetes Australia and other logos on their webpage when advertising these items (I have since contacted Australian-Made TGA, etc to advise).

They state these are made in Australia, but for refunds, you need to return purchases to a China address.

I received my order and what I received was 2 x boxes that showed the Bikenda™ Next-Generation Intelligent Multifunctional Non-Invasive Laser Blood Glucose Meters [99.9% Accuracy] but when I opened the 2 boxes, they contained unbranded Fingertip Pulse Oximeters which are not glucometers.

I was invoiced $78.98AU (including something called Trial Eligibility etc - $5.99AU) by Aussiehaven.shop. I then had $102.67AU taken from my PayPal account by JH Tech. (never heard of this crowd and I did not buy off them). I not only did not receive what I had ordered, but I was also overcharged (without my consent) by $23.68AU by another business.

I emailed (as no other option to contact) and to date have not received a response. The second email address does not exist.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - SCAM!
