Very disappointing experience at Australian Skin Clinics Cannon Hill. I found the staff to be extremely unprofessional. While I was there, I could clearly hear staff talking and laughing about clients, which I found very inappropriate and uncomfortable.

Clients should be able to expect privacy, respect and professionalism when visiting a clinic. Hearing conversations about other clients made me question how my own privacy and personal information would be treated.

Unfortunately, this experience left me very uncomfortable and disappointed, and I would not recommend this clinic based on what I experienced.

After 20 years experience doing laser, this was the first time I see a rude grumpy disrespectful female, not asking, not listening, not nice, have zero skills, and terrible outcome. She must be fired from your clinic otherwise you will loose your customers. After having hundreds of maintenetance of facial laser, this is the first terrible session I had, my face is full of hair despite me trying to tell her, and she was shooshing me replied rudely and finished the session without looking or checking. I was shattered. kick her out,

Extremely disappointing experience – consumers deserve better
I am writing this review after exhausting every reasonable avenue to resolve my experience with Australian Skin Clinics.
What I encountered was not just poor service, but a prolonged and distressing process marked by lack of transparency, ongoing delays, and inconsistent communication. Promises were made that were not honoured, and I was repeatedly told to wait without clear timelines or accountability.
Despite raising my concerns multiple times and attempting to resolve the matter directly, I was left feeling dismissed, misled, and unsupported as a paying customer. The emotional toll of constantly having to chase answers, while being given shifting explanations, was significant.
This experience has been serious enough that I have now escalated the matter beyond the company.
I strongly encourage anyone considering this business to ask detailed questions, get everything in writing, and proceed with caution. Customers should never feel ignored, confused, or worn down when simply seeking what they paid for.
I am still awaiting my refund of $1163.19 no services were commenced they are just holding onto my money unacceptable, unprofessional.
This review is based entirely on my personal experience as I see I am not alone.
As for the stars I wouldn't even give one.
