This company is listed on Google as a supermarket/convenience store. It was shown as being open, so as we had bought coffee online, we went to collect it from the address on the website thinking that there would be a little shop with artisanal Austrian produce which we could browse and buy. In fact the address is the residential home of the owners, there is no shop, and although lights were on in the property, there was no answer to the doorbell. That is until we rapped on the window at which point a woman opened the door, and reluctantly handed over the coffee we had paid for. The website completely misrepresents what this actually is - which is an online store, apparently operated from the rear of the premises. I suggest the owners adjust their online profile to truthfully represent what they are.

I was a bit hesitant at first because I couldn't find them on here and the price for the Kummel I wanted to order was so good - but its just arrived and is exactly what I ordered, so thought I'd be first to give them a big thumbs up
