I’d been looking for a manual Cayman 718 for a bit of fun for some time. Nothing too fancy but right colour, right spec, right price. Four weeks ago I saw the ideal match on Auto100. I called Chris who ran through the spec, secured it with a small deposit and arranged to view the following week. Once at the centre I was left in the capable hands of Dan and 90minutes later was driving my own Cayman which looked even more stunning than described. I didn’t know buying a car was so easy and 3 weeks in am having a lot of fun - thanks guys

Just bought a brilliant BMW 440i in a beautiful green from auto 100.

Them team Glynn, Ryan and Terry Smith were really patient helpful and very friendly.

On collection the car was immaculate Terry was really helpful explaining everything taking his time with no pressure at any stage.

Simon and Dan were fantastic to deal with at Auto100, Simon kept me up to date with the progress of the preparation of the g80 M3 I purchased, answered all my questions and more, Dan helped complete the deal on the premises and helped with paperwork and taxing the vehicle in a rapid time to get me back on the road for my 5hr return journey, fantastic premises and couldn't do enough for me, excellent service and very impressive premises!

Sold my X5 to Auto100 via Motorway. I was sceptical of the process, and everyone seemed to warn me about the fact that the sale price would be lower than the auction price - not the case. Auto100's representative arrived and inspected the vehicle, agreed it was in the same condition as listed in the Motorway auction, and paid in full - no issues! The price paid by Auto100 was far higher than my part exchange price, so all in all, a great experience and fair deal for both sides.

Looked after exceptionally well by Ryan through the initial sales process and a super smooth handover with Ben & Ryan when collecting my dream car which was presented beautifully!

Dealt with a very charming sales assistant by the name of ryan burke made the whole process easy and comfortable while also giving great communication over the days of waiting to pick up the car and dan was also very helpful over the handover section ,polite and helpful would recommend auto 100 to other buyers in the market .

Enquired about a stunning Aston Martin DB11 they had for sale. Chris was very straightforward and easy going and didn’t pressure me at all during the buying process. On top of that, the hospitality was top notch and they have an incredible showroom full of equally incredible cars. Lewis also did a superb job in ensuring I was happy and comfortable with the vehicle to ensure a smooth handover. A very exciting and special experience as it’s my first ever Aston Martin and I owe it all to Auto 100! Thank you Chris and Lewis for making my dream come true!

I recently bought my dream car from Auto100. The team of James and Terry realized how big a deal it was for me and did everything they could to make the day really special for me. Their passion and professionalism was evident and the whole process was smooth from initial contact to handover. Thanks guys - I'll never forget that day!

Purchased a C63 S AMG from this company the selling us the vehicle was not an issue however customer service after has been non existent unfortunately initially we had problems with our Vehicle that were obviously there at time of purchase so I contacted Christopher several times through emails and phone calls no emails were returned and I had the phone put down on my face when trying to talk to Christopher we are now trying to claim money back that we had to spend on the vehicle within the first couple of weeks of owning it. Now the warranty are trying to fight this battle for us. We are yet to receive any payment back from auto 100. Avoid at all costs as these guys want to sell you the vehicle and have no interest in following up on any issues. Following on from your reply Thank you for your response, however I feel it is important to clarify a number of points from my side.
We have video evidence, taken by myself stood next to the vehicle whilst my husband was inside the vehicle on the day we attended to sign the agreement and collect the vehicle, clearly showing there was already an issue with the convertible roof not operating correctly before any paperwork was signed.

After driving the car away, it was only on the second use of the vehicle that we began experiencing further issues, We immediately had the vehicle inspected and were advised that replacement parts were required, along with a new battery. We have also incurred the cost for 2 diagnostics on the vehicle before any work could be carried out that was also the case for the roof issue.

We contacted Auto100 regarding these issues and were instructed to go to Halfords, have the battery replaced, and send the invoice directly to Auto100 for reimbursement. This was done weeks ago and despite several follow-up emails asking why the refund had not been processed, those emails were ignored. We were then informed to go through the warranty for the other issues including the roof and to claim back the diagnostic costs from them and have had very little reimbursed back to us to date. The warranty do not cover the roof costs so we had no option but to the ask

It is disappointing that after weeks without any meaningful response, the first phone call and email requesting to discuss the matter only arrived less than 24 hours after I posted an honest review of my experience.

At no point have we expected an eight-year-old vehicle to be “like new”. We simply expected the faults identified very shortly after purchase — including one clearly present before collection — to be handled professionally and in line with the assurances given to us.

I picked up a stunning BMW M3 Touring. The car itself was amazing. I came from all the way from London, and the gentleman (Ryan Maloney), accommodated for me to do a handover of my part exchange and collect the vehicle on Sunday when the garage was closed.

I was most impressed by his level of service and his knowledge of the car I was buying. The site itself was also stunning.

Normally I am hesitant buying a car from other then the main manufacturer dealerships, but I was impressed by Auto100 and their staff. They seem to know their cars well.

I will definitely be looking out for their website and they will likely be my first option when looking to change/sell my car in the future.

Fantastic customer service received from James. Very prompt responses to any questions and no quibbles at all when I had to pull out of a purchase for personal reasons. Would highly recommend.

Very poor customer service after selling me a car. Now forced to take legal action. A word of warning, avoid buying from them at all costs!

Fantastic service from start to finish with a quick turnaround from deposit to collection. Simon was great with the initial viewing and sale and Lewis was fantastic on collection day. A great company to deal with and I will definitely be back in the future.

A great experience buying from auto 100. I picked up my Stelvio QF on a very busy Saturday plus I missed my booking due to train delays up from London. But no matter, Terry spent the time to go through everything, so me round and explain all the controls. Will be telling others about the good experience. If they could do something about the road into the site, I’m sure all other buyers would equally appreciate it!!! Many thanks Terry.

Couldn't believe when I got home and washed the motorway dirt off it, that it had 3 premium tyres (Michelin), and back drivers tyre was a budget tyre (Davanti) something I will be putting right this week!!!!
Kicking myself for not noticing before collection.

I picked up my car from Auto100 yesterday and have to say that the whole experience from start to finish was absolutely 100%

When I first enquired about the car a week ago, I had a very prompt call back from Chris, who was courteous, and expertly knowledgeable. We worked out a fair part exchange and a great finance deal quickly - I was not pressured at any point.

In the week before pickup, I was communicated to and kept informed.

On the day of collection, from the moment we walked into the frankly amazing location, we were warmly welcomed and looked after.

We dealt with Terry, who was superb in all respects. We were given every opportunity to look over the car, which was exactly as described and prepared to an incredible standard.

Nothing was too much trouble for Terry - he even helped me to retain my cherished plate that I worried I might lose.

I cannot fault anything about the whole process. Auto100 are one of those rare companies that appreciate that the customer is at the heart of any business.

I would absolutely recommend, and I would look to Auto100 first for my next car.

Second time I have bought a car from the team here but first time I have traded in.
Really easy to deal with. They price fairly and the trade in was also very fair. No chipping the price etc.
Handover process with Dan was excellent. Took lots of time with me to make sure everything was as expected & his enthusiasm for all things cars made the experience memorable.
