First rate communication from Alexandra, the Funding and Logistics Controller for the company. It was easy to follow her advice and I was guided through each phase of the selling process. Collection on the day was perfect. There was some additional cosmetic damage picked up by the collection agency for the company I had not declared and the price adjustment was very fair. The payment was swift. The car could not go to a better dealer. The dealers site has some amazing cars on it and the way they treat their cars and customers is heads above the others I have dealt with in the past particularly with my last dealer who was horrendous. My faith has been restored. So thank you for the sales service and I could not be happier for my car to be in your care ready to sell onto the next owner.

I recently purchased an Aston Martin Vantage from Auto 100.
The car was prepared to a very high standard for what Chris proposed to be a viewing / collection appointment (should I wish to complete the purchase on the day).
No pressure to buy.
I’m a 500 mile round trip so this suggestion was appreciated as I did indeed view it and buy it so I could drive it home that day.
Impressive premises with a remarkable inventory of cars. I could have lost a few hours there just looking to be honest.
Purchase was simple as I had already set up Auto100 as a payee a few days earlier on my banking app at Chris suggestion.
At handover the car only had 1 key but Chris assured me that he would retrieve the other from the 1 previous owner. Or failing that would provide a replacement that I could have coded to the car.
After a few weeks Chris called me to suggest I contact AM directly to arrange a replacement key and refunded me the cost of a new OEM key which I am now in the process of arranging.
I am absolutely delighted with the car. And I would recommend Chris and Auto 100 as a trustworthy vendor of high end vehicles and aftersales care that is better than many.

Rang to enquire about a BMW M4, had been told there was tons enquiries for the car so I reserved it on the phone same day. James then promptly emailed me the agreed time and date, warranty information and list of extras. I ordered the ceramic coating off the extras, upon arriving Adam met us, took me to the car talked me through it and we went on a test drive. We completed in the office and it was a smooth and simple experience. I felt the place was very customer facing very nice, when I look for my next car I would definitely be looking on their website first as the care attention to detail is clearly put into the cars there. Wrong car details provided so we did not purchase the car we went to see.
Apart from that we agreed to buy a different car and then had multiple delivery date changes.

What an incredible experience! I recently bought a Porsche Cayman from Auto100 and genuinely couldn’t be happier. From the very first conversation, Chris Turnbull was an absolute star — friendly, responsive, and completely on top of every detail. He handled a few small issues with the car quickly and professionally, which immediately set the tone for a premium experience.

Collection day could have been stressful when we discovered the headliner had dropped — but instead, it became another reason to be impressed. Dan, who managed the handover, jumped straight into action and arranged a brand‑new headliner to be fitted there and then. Yes, it meant a two‑hour wait after a long journey, but the way the team handled it was outstanding.

To top it off, Lewis, who completed the final handover, offered the cost of a full tank of fuel as a goodwill gesture. That level of customer care is rare, and it genuinely made us feel valued.

When looking to buy a car I contacted Auto100 to arrange a viewing and test drive of a beautiful F-type Jaguar convertible. I dealt with James and Lewis who were both professional and courteous during communications by email, over the phone and in person. While I ultimately decided not to go ahead with the purchase I would recommend this family run company to anyone wishing to buy a sports/luxury car as they have a great selection of fantastic vehicles.
