The price is almost unmatched, at least if you are an end customer.
Even if you have access to wholesale prices, the offer from Autodoc is almost too good to be true.

Total disappointment
Very, very NEGATIVE experience. Beware!
On 7th of August 2026 I ordered a tire which was shown as available at AutoDoc webshop. The delivery time was stated 4-5 working days and that's the information I've gotten from the operator. Presuming the delivery will be respected on the 4th working day I started to contact the company to check the movement and they could not provide any information that the shipment has been made. Instead I've been numerous times told that they'll check with their supplier. They kept on repeating that I'll get feedback in "48 t0 72 hours" which was already exceeding the expected delivery time.
On the 7th working day after many attempts on my side to get any information they finally informed me that the tire had already left the warehouse and even provided me with a tracking number (!)
By that time I have already ordered the tire from another supplier because I have already started to question the trustworthiness of AutoDoc. This however caused me loss of time and nerves. I also had to lock some more money.
When AutoDoc provided me with a tracking number I canceled my other order and started to wait for AutoDoc's delivery. But one day later the tracking number they gave me proved to not be working. It did not return any information.
I had to contact again many times AutoDoc to see what's happening. They could not give me any reasonable information. Then finally on the 8th working day after the order placement I have received an email informing me the tire has has been returned by the courier
When I asked them to explain me what happened they could not explain anything blaming it all on the courier.
Then I asked them to send me again the returned tire.
AutoDoc told me that they could not do that and suggested me to place a new order. In the meanwhile the tire availability at their webshop has been changed to zero, but the price was increased. They did not even care to check the availability. Another email came telling me the order was canceled, no explanation why, nothing.
When I asked for compensation they only offered me a 5% coupon on the next purchase as if I would be stupid enough to ever try working with them anymore.
By the way I have not received my money back yet...
This company is an absolute disaster. I would never recommend it.

As the tracking status was not updated after the parcel was dispatched, we decided to refund the full amount of your order to your account. The time it takes for the funds to be credited depends on your bank’s processing time and usually takes 1–2 business days.
