Brilliant products at fair prices

I contacted Autoglym regarding their Advanced All Wheel Cleaner (1L) as I wanted to clean my car before the snow arrived. Unfortunately, the trigger spray head didn’t perform as expected. Instead of producing a fine, even spray, it released the product in a narrow, straight stream, making it difficult to apply evenly across the wheels. As a result, cleaning the alloys took far longer than it should have.

This was particularly challenging due to my carpal tunnel, and what should have been a straightforward job became quite uncomfortable — to the point where I really didn’t want to continue. However, with snow on the way, I had no choice but to get it done.

I regularly use a wide range of Autoglym products, as well as products from other brands, and I’ve never experienced an issue with a trigger spray head before, which is why this stood out to me.

After contacting Autoglym customer service and providing the requested details, I was genuinely impressed by their response. They were helpful, understanding, and went above and beyond by offering a replacement, which I thought was a very kind and generous gesture.

I really appreciate how professionally and kindly Autoglym handled the situation. It’s reassuring to see a company that truly values its customers. Excellent service and very much deserved five stars.

Ordered on Wednesday (17 Dec) hoping for delivery before weekend. Knew the quoted ‘next day’ delivery was out because order was after 12pm. But didn’t turn up on Friday, and no delivery email with tracking info. Contacted support - TBF they were quick to reply. Xmas delivery means I was just over deadline. Now will be delivered in Jan. Apparently the website mentions this - yes it does, but *only* on home page! Useless if you start your journey on a specific product page via Google. Not stated during checkout , which would be the obvious place to mention. Even my email confirmation said next day delivery if ordered before 12PM.

This company’s products are excellent. I have bought them as gifts too for those I know who already use Autoglym products themselves. This was a Christmas Gift too sent direct to the recipient. Which Autoglym kindly redirected for me to their address. It arrived promptly the following day, as promised. Can’t fault them.

Tour of the production facilities with their quality and care was very apparent .There products have always been a firm favourite with me.It may sound cringy but it did what is says on the tin .Thank You for a very informative day .
