Disappointed - no sign of the item

I would review this item if I had received it. I ordered it on Thursday 21st for next day delivery. Here we are on Monday evening 24th and still no sign of it. Very disappointed.

Hello, thank you for sharing your experience.

We can confirm that orders placed after noon would not be processed until the following day, from our records the order was placed at 12.13pm meaning the order would not have been processed and dispatched till the following day the 21/11.

As per our delivery terms & conditions https://www.autoglym.com/delivery-returns any orders dispatched on a Friday would not be delivered until the following Monday (if ordered after noon on a Friday the order would not be be processed and dispatched till the following Monday)

From the tracking information provided by the courier the order was delivered on the 24/11

Please contact our customer services team if the order has not been received for further assistance

Autoglym order experience.

The items I ordered have so far not turned up. Email on Thursday saying despatched TNT as a courier (not good news as they are not good) Tracking link does not work and no tracking number provided. Goods are OK if they ever come.
Updated the review following a response from cust services at Autoglym. Apologies for delay at FedEx. Updated tracking link sent which shows delivery today 10th. Impressive quick response.

The tracking information provided to ourselves does show a delay within the courier network resulting in delivery not being made on Friday 7th as expected.

The tracking info shows the order is out for delivery today, our Customer Services Team will contact you directly with a tracking link that can be used.

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused and will be looking into the delays further.

I love using Autoglym products.

I have been using Autoglym products for more than 20 years and is my first choice for taking great care of my cars. Car cleaning is and always has been a joy for me and Autoglym is the icing on the cake. I love to sit back and admire the beautiful finish the products have created. Worth every penny.

Best of the Best

Topping up on the winter essentials to keep our cars in tip top condition. Hard working products for hard workings cars. Can’t be beaten in my opinion.

The product actually works as described.

I wasn't really satisfied with the performance and finish I was getting with a number of car shampoos and as my car has a ceramic coating applied, I thought I`d try the Autoglym Ceramic Wash & Protect.
Very, very pleased with the results, cleaned my car really well and left a really good finish and at 30mls per 10L 0f water is extremely economical.
Used Autoglym consistently over the years and this doesn't disappoint.
