STAY AWAY - They keep on saying they have been…
They keep on saying they have been unable to deliver the parcel but i have been receiving other delivery. Now it wont let me update the delivery details. This has stressed me out and I will be requesting a refund from Autoglym.

We have been in touch with yourself to help rectify the issue and can confirm it has been marked as delivered, we have emailed requesting confirmation but have not heard anything back.

Im still waiting delivery, called customer service this morning who was very helpful, I’ve paid for a next day delivery, fedex on the tracker ap had the the delivery posted for yesterday, it’s shows delivery for today, still not arrived

We are sorry to hear your delivery did not turn up on the next day as expected, we can see it did get delivered yesterday. Our courier partner seems to be experiencing delays which held the delivery back.
