Terrible customer service. Buyer beware.

Bought a carbon diffuser from Autoid, and I was very impressed with carbon weave. It matches my Bmw's carbon perfectly. Took time to fit, but very happy with result.

Great service and friendly staff. Very pleased

What a great service. Made to feel very welcome on arrival. Was a full day fitting so had to wait in the sitting area. Time flew, had a tv, refreshments and the team kept checking in. Great team and extremely pleased with the fitting. Thanks AUTOID, will definitely be back with my next upgrade.

Ordered the gloss black fender badge's and rear model badge.

Had them barely on the car for 3 months and the M sport colour stickers on the fenders are already fully peeling off and the red colour on the rear model badge has nearly fully faded.

Would definately not recommend.

Amended the review as the team phoned me the same day I posted the review offering their apologies, a refund and saying they weren't happy with the product standards either so have stopped selling it.

Can't really complain as a customer in that sense.

Kept as a 4 star as its still an annoyance having removed the old badges, fitted the new ones bought from AutoID to have to replace then again with new ones.

But with this customer service I would recommend them.

I brought my G82 M4 in for some Cobra lowering springs. On arrival I was advised the wrong springs had been delivered, however the team went above and beyond to go out and collect the correct springs whilst the engineer took the old ones off the car. As a result no delays were incurred and the end result was much as expected. All in all a very friendly and supportive service that I would recommend to anyone. Will be returning for more AutoID parts in the near future 😎👍

Went to get my new car fitted with a bodykit, unfortunately there was an issue with some parts ordered incorrectly and others not fitting. They adjusted for a weekend fitting to accommodate the issue. I’m sure everything will go well. Really nice, friendly staff who apologised for the mistake. These things happen! They even gave me some advice on changes to my car wheels. Looking forward to coming back and getting fitted.

Purchased some bits and had them fitted at their Chelmsford HQ.

Friendly staff and even had a desk for me to post up and crack on with some work whilst they fitted the parts.

They didnt manage to send me a missing part from the original order for 3 times and over 3 months, making me spend way more in the mean time and then being really insulting regarding it and offering me 50$ back. The item costed 800$.
