Excellent as usual

AUTOID is an excellent company from the stunning content they create on YouTube, the simple yet modern layout their website has that makes it easy to navigate, as well as having some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. It’s a great model where they’re able to use their automotive styling to assemble tasteful and essential car products in a personalized way depending on the car you drive. I went back and forth with Brooke on my order when there were complications and she was able to resolve the issue every single time. She even sent a replacement product immediately when mine had an issue. Probably the best customer service I’ve experienced from any company I’ve worked with. The communication was spot on and she was there to help with any concern I had. Even the shipping from the UK to the US was faster than standard shipping within the states. I’m impressed that a company is able to be so accommodating internationally with shipping products out, even more so than company’s I’ve dealt with within the US.

I had a issue with a product and contacted customer service. They responded to my email very quickly and promised me a replacement product.

The prices are also much better than in any stores here in Germany. I will definitely order from AutoID again!

Ben and the AutoID team were extremely helpful getting parts to me overseas in America. Everything came in about a week, and the parts themselves are awesome. They fit like OEM and look great. Ben communicated with me back and forth during the whole thing to keep me updated as well. I would recommend AutoID to anyone looking to get some genuine Euro parts.

Great product and helpful and efficient customer service. The exhaust tips came in a lovely box, well wrapped in pouches, showing the companies love for their work and attention to detail. Brooke personally rerouted the parcel to my local post office when I was at work. Thanks AutoID!

AUTOID supplied and fitted a new splitter to my G80 M3. Very professional through out and stoked with how it looks now. Cheers lads!

I can’t speak highly enough of the lads at AutoID. I went for a Milltek exhaust system, spacers and springs on my G87 M2. I’m very pleased with the outcome. There was small issue shortly after fitting but it was resolved right away and all running smoothly! I would strongly recommend.

Ben advised me on what I should order and made sure all my parts were in stock before ordering, parts and service was great. Good job guys

Beware of hidden costs.
I placed an order, I paid 60 euros for shipping (which already seems like a very high price for an order of a single piece) and what's more, now the courier is asking me for another 60 euros as customs charges??

Obviously all this is not specified at the time of ordering. I will never buy from you again.

You get what your order! Nothing more to state was able to customise my business vehicle which I use to showcase my car detailing business, parts are good quality but you are paying a premium for them

I'd just like to compliment Autoid on their customer service and response . I had ordered a pair of carbon side fins for my M2 Comp a couple of year ago from Autoid , the M sport logo had faded on the red stripe .
Within one email and an image of the issue , Ashleigh at Autoid responded and sent out replacement M sport logo's the next day and only charged me for postage ...the service blew me away ...Excellent
