Sold my 8V RS3 and genuinely feel I got the best deal I could given the stuff they'd have to do to the car. Louis and Dylhan made me feel very welcome and like part of the family. Having recently taken my car to Automotive Addiction to have Paint Protection Film installed to the front end of my car followed by a full ceramic coating applied to the whole vehicle I was blown away by the results that the Automotive Addiction team achieved.
After spending around 60 hours of preparation work and keeping me updated with photos and videos throughout the procedure I can truly say that these guys are second to none.
From the moment I saw their work environment I could tell that this company is on a different level than any other detailing company. Their passion, eye for detail and the quality of work is breathtaking.
The PPF installation is flawless, so perfect you can not tell it has been applied. The ceramic coating has given the paintwork of my car an unbelievable mirror like depth and gloss.
If you are a car enthusiast and care about the appearance of your vehicle I can not recommend this company enough.

Whilst considering changing to an RS3, I contacted a few Audi dealerships and was amazed that they didn’t bother contacting me back, even after I told them I ready to buy immediately.

Thankfully I then saw Automotive Addiction on YouTube and was impressed with how knowledgeable they were, so sent them an email.

The same day, the owner phone me and we had a great chat about my requirements and the options he had available. This was like a breath of fresh air after trying to deal with Audi !

Soon after, I went up to their HQ and was greeted by the owner, given a tour of their set up and from my requirements he suggested two cars to test drive. Coincidentally an RS3 8Y in an individual blue colour had just arrived and once I drove that I knew it was the car for me !

The team kept me informed during the car’s preparation with photos and videos. I then picked up a gleaming 2024 RS3 8Y with perfect paint work and an immaculate interior. It really did look like a brand new car ! All my paperwork was done in about 10 minutes and the other owner kindly went off and fitted my plates to my car.

These guys have worked their way up through the industry, from wraps and detailing to becoming prestige car dealers and know all their cars inside and out. They have great attention to detail which is a credit to them and all their staff are friendly, professional and most importantly happy !

In my view this team are the UK experts on RS3s and should be running their own Audi dealership. Of course I highly recommend them and will be back again for some tasteful mods and maybe a different car in a few years.

Sold our BMW M5 and bought an Audi RS6 through the guys at Automotive Addiction. Both transactions were completely seamless and the lads there have been excellent. The quality of the Audi RS6 supplied was exceptional and they guys prepped the car to a finish better than factory for the collection day. I have to say the experience I have had with Automotive Addiction, Dyllan, Louis and their team has been 1st class. From the minute I first spoke to them regarding my new car right through to well after delivery has been amazing! I recently purchased a vehicle from Automotive Addiction and was impressed by the customer service provided by Dhyllan and Louis.

I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle from another provider which wasn’t going too well, my close friend was purchasing a vehicle from them and asked them to reach out and see if they could help.

The support, options, late night messages and communication was excellent to the point where I shut down my other deal and moved over to buying a vehicle from them.

They pulled out all the stops to get my vehicle ready for a collection to match my friends (less than two weeks) so we could have a great day out picking up our vehicles on the same day. This was including lots of upgrade works as well as their thorough detailing process, so no easy ride for the team.

A car dealership for people who love cars. I had a really great experience purchasing a car. Once the deal was sorted the team were super helpful and the communication was great. Handover was a breeze and they took the time to make sure I was happy with the new car and I understood everything about it. All the paperwork was prepped and done while I got to chat cars and drink coffee. Next time I’m in the market I’ll be sure to contact the team again.

What an amazing car buying experience- was in the market for a BMW M3 contacted Louis and dhyllan and they done so much work getting me into my perfect car - anything from upgrades to amazing finance they would not stop until I was happy with the car and financially cool with it as well - they are both massive petrol heads as well so your not just dealing with corporate people they have passion for cars so they made sure mine was perfect for collection. Purchased my Audi RS3 kemora grey over the weekend. I could not be happier with the quality and service both me and my partner received. Louis and Dhyllan’s attention to detail is second to none. I sold my RS3 to Automotive Addiction through Dhyllan (who I believe is the owner, and credit to him what a great garage). Super smooth negotiation and then transaction. Dhyllan offered the best price for my car by a mile and trusted that upon viewing, it would be as I described. Car was reviewed on arrival and no unreasonable haggling down (which I’ve experienced with other garages), confirmed the car was clean and transferred the payment then and there. Dyhllan also sent transportation to collect via trailer and the driver Adam was also a pleasure to deal with. No worries or hassle, one of the best experiences selling a car. In 2026 there are a lot of ways to sell a car. Each one offers up promises that you'll get the best price, the smoothest transaction, and then you hear people's feedback and realise it's not as clear cut as it sounds.
If you have an exceptional performance car, or a collector/carefully modified car that is in exceptional condition these sites rarely give any credence to your specific user case, and often seriously under value your asset.
This is where Automotive Addiction come to your rescue. They inherently understand cars, and strive for excellence in what they sell. Once I engaged Louis and I'd sent some pictures over the rest of the process was a breeze. Price agreed, car collected quickly, deposit paid promptly. They set up a chat to keep you informed of progress throughout the sales process, and payment is received promptly at point of collection.
Having Automotive Addiction involved saved me hours of hassle with tyre kickers, fantasists and the risk of potentially worse. I'd always read reviews they were good, but having been through their purchase & collection process I can confirm the reviews were right. I contacted Louis about a year ago as I was looking for a RS3 8V.
Within 24hrs Dhyllan had set up a WhatsApp chat between himself, me and,Louis.
Through this they guided me through things like specific spec, modified or not modified, and everything that unless you know these cars you wouldn’t know. Their knowledge is ridiculous.
I collected my car about 6weeks after my first contact.
Now I have had various RS and S models from Audi main dealer. Some Brand new and some Ex demos.
None of them have been presented to me in the way that Dhyllan and his team did with this Car. You wouldn’t have believed it was 7 years old. Immaculate!!
They only stock and source the best.

My circumstances then changed and I need to sell the RS3 .
I contacted Dhyllan and asked if he’d be interested in buying the car back off me.
He didn’t mess about. Came back to me within 24hrs with a very strong price.
I agreed and agreed a date to drop it back to them. All very seemless and there was never any pressure or haggling when was buying and selling back.

Automotive Addiction is the standard that every car dealership should aspire to. A fantastic experience from start to finish—friendly, honest, helpful and fair throughout. It's not often you come across a company with nothing but five-star reviews, but having dealt with Automotive Addiction, I completely understand why. The best experience I have had buying a car to date. I stumbled across Automotive Addiction by chance and glad I did. The preparation of their stock on site is incredible and the M5 Competition I have bought is absolutely immaculate and prepared to the highest standard. They gave me a very fair and honest evaluation and value for my C8 RS6 which I traded in.

I don’t usually leave reviews but having just sold our 8.5y RS3 to Automotive Addiction I felt I had to leave an honest review.
We have owned numerous cars over the years, mainly RS models. I’ve had very varying experiences when buying/reselling them- Often times spoken down to or attempts to undersell.
Automotive Addiction were a delight to deal with, no haggling on the agreed price, a friendly collection, none condescending communication from beginning to end, all in all a completely hassle free transaction.
If you are considering selling your vehicle and would like a price that truly reflects the value of your vehicle- not a company who just uses WBAC as a guide price who then offer you less all whilst not factoring in the individual attributes of the vehicle, I would recommend these guys all day long!
