Having been a car collector for many years I’ve seen it all, but the team at Automotive Addiction have built a reputation that is obsessed with attention to detail and customer care that is second to none. Whether it’s a purchase or a sale there are very few people that go beyond expectation as Dhyllan and his team do. Cannot recommend them enough.

Dhylan was just at the end of the phone with any questions even months after I would send a message and got a reply quickly. After lots of research I decided on these guys to do a full paint correction, ceramic coat and wheel refurbishment on my porsche boxster 718s and boy was it the right decision. Their attention to detail was second to none and Louis and dhyllan kept me informed every step of the way with photos and videos. The finished article was amazing I would highly recommend speaking to these guys they go above and beyond .

Could recommend Automotive more great team with some absolute beauty's I'm over the moon with the new rsq3 such a rare color and top spec honestly couldn't be more happier with it , also added ghost immobiliser and full ceramic coat including inside which was all also done with these guys who had it all sorted before collection 🙌 I'm happy for now but soon as it's upgrade time I know where I'm coming 💙

The whole experience of purchasing from Automotive Addiction was second to none. When I arrived at their premises the attention to detail was very clear to see, I was given a walk around the premium stock and detailing bay. Every single member of staff was extremely friendly and the contact I had with Louis and Dhyllan was brilliant.

I bought my RS3 from these guys back in 2021. They were super helpful, the car was exactly as described and was delivered to me in Northumberland in a covered trailer and had been prepared beautifully. The car was immaculate and exactly as promised. They even sent me a comprehensive guide for cleaning the car - that I still use today. I did have an unfortunate sensor failure in the first few weeks and again this was sorted with no quibbles or issues. I can't fault these guys for the quality of their cars and their customer service. Thoroughly recommend.
